Two cups of bone broth, garlic clove, carrots, onion, celery and a tablespoon of rice cooked twenty minutes for a recovering tummy.

I just took out my Sirloin cap out of the freezer and will sear the edges and top and bottom like Sally said I should before cooking its like 3" thick.

I'd like to make an epic charcuterie board. Y'all have any suggestions? I have a few weeks, it's for the first game of the season.

Yeah, it's that idea. I just have to decide what meats & cheeses and other stuff I'll use.

I saw some cherry hot peppers at the farm market stuffed with prosciutto and I think I'll add them too.

Grapes and cheese go well together. I have that for breakfast sometimes.

I'm doing a detox and steamed some beets I got at the farmers market, cubed them up and put them in the fridge. I also got unrefrigerated brown eggs, cold pressed juice, radish, celery and fennel. Wish I had a juicer!

My urine smells really odd. Kind of like how your pee smells after eating asparagus. Except this smells more like chop suey. I think it's all the celery and beets I've been juicing.

I can't smell,  I  go by color.    Drink a  gallon of cranberry juice,  that cures all.

My poop smells really beefy. I'm probably eating too much meat, spicy foods,and other junk food.
