I have thouroughly enjoyed my shorter hours this week so far and have been thinking that maybe I can just last with this job and the theater job. And then I go out and buy $100 worth of stuff last night that I didn't need! Actually I can justify $60 of it the rest was just frivilous crap.
I'll have to go whore myself out now.

Yeah...it is. Doubt I'll be buying frivolous crap until my car repair bill is paid off.

She keeps saying nice things about me. THAT BITCH!
LOL Just kidding.
There is a part of me that feels like, "Woa, slow down! Too much pressure!" She says I have lowered her blood presure.

It's good to find a job that's enjoyable. I remember running the Rovermatic at the local yarn mill in the 70's. It was an arm eater and I was lucky to survive that Summer of hell.

Nice work. So are you like a shopper/planner/instigator? A "second" for the boss? I just got 2 new part time jobs so I feel you.

2 new part time jobs?! Thats crazy! I have 3, but I'm slowly working on making it just 1, maybe. I do a variety of things for the owner. I love it.

I think I am going to let one of my jobs go. It isn't the boat and it isn't my new job. I think it is the best thing to do. It is the lowest paying job and it is getting more and more difficult to maintiain my sanity around it. It is/was generally just a fun job. The manager is an unhappy person and it is coming out lately and it isn't something I feel like sticking around for.
He only had compiments for me and always said I was doing a good job etc etc, but I think something happened-he didn't get a raise after 6 mo and he is taking it out on us. All of the sudden he is saying what a crappy job I am doing-which is fine, tell me I need to improve, but there is a way to do it and he isn't going about it the right way.
Also I think he was slacking anyway and got caught and now is pissed at everyone but himself.

I quit that job.
Spoke with the owner. He understands and apologized on behalf of the bad behaviour of the manager.
He did say to think about it over the holidays and let him know if I do want to come back.
The manager did tell on himself about his bad behavior, which is good.

Work has been nice to me and the Professor this year, I don't know why, we're both assholes.

I have an interview tomorrow. I have been applying at several places. This one is a remote location again. Not sure if I am ready to be far away from family again since my mom is 80. Last time I had an interview close to her she got super excited.
This job isn't a luxurious job-but the location is cool.
I have to think about what I really want right now. Looking for year round, full time w/ benefits. No more of this seasonal, have 3 jobs stuff anymore.

Thanks. I am on an applying spree today. The interview went well and I will know by Friday.
One of the tricky things about this position is that people don't have a place to live in this remote location. Well I have that-a place to rent AND it is big enough that I can have visitors. That would be so much fun.
My family however is less than thrilled.

Can the mountains sustain me?
I had 2 job offers today and one decline, which I was going to reject anyway.
AND then I find out that the place right next to my mom is going to open up and I think I want to move there.
