She says she was with JC and LS hours before they passed. Now SHE continually mentions how she misses them. Nothing like T's lack of mention of the two "friends" she found dead!

Robbery involves theft and violence or the threat of violence when taking something from someone.

Burglary is the intent to break into a building without consent with the intent of committing a crime inside (including theft).

But if I had to take a leap, I would say that they may be calling it Robbery because the victims let them in the dwelling. That they didn't break in, so no Burglary. So they knew them, or why would they let them in?

That's what I gathered from BlueTiki's post.

At this point, LE does not know whether or not JC let them in. They may have walked in through an unlocked door leading from the garage into the house, e.g. which would also be an unlawful entry.

It is more an evidentiary issue. They lack evidence of forcible entry.

AND she's 4 months pregnant!! Poor babies...someone said that she doesnt have her kids anymore.. I seen on fb that at least one of them are with the childs father... what does she have a different father for ALL her kids??

She has apparently never had a reality as most people
consider a normal life. Consequently she lives her life
as she KNOWS. She has no clue these things are
inappropriate.

I had a friend who grew up in an unstable home
condition. She saw some of those "Father Knows Best"
and "Leave it to Beaver" reruns and vowed to make her
home like that. And she has, for many years. (Now,
I have to tell you it is sort of weird to always see eveything
so well kept, her in her nice clothes when hubby comes
home from work and her children well behaved. But she
is the nicest person I know.)

I guess T has not had that opportunity to find a positive role
model to copy.

If true (and it sounds plausible), I wonder if Maytee ever reported any of this to LE before Johnny got killed or if she was okay with home invasions happening to other people.

Actually only about 16 states have "home invasion" laws. I don't believe Ohio is one. It differs from Burglary because you can commit Burglary whether the home/business is occupied or not. With a home invasion, the home must be occupied and you have entered with the intent of committing a crime and came with a weapon. At least that's how I interpret it.

Good point about Johnny and Lisa's ex possibly being incarerated in the same facility. I wonder if they were all in the same circle of friends and if that is how Johnny and Lisa met. If so, then the ex may be important; maybe he was upset about Lisa now dating Johnny-just a thought.

I don't know why her ex would be upset about Lisa "now" dating Johnny. From the articles I've read, Lisa & Johnny have been dating 2 years.

Just a couple notes about things read on FB...
I've seen the following on Tiffany's, friends of Tiffany's and or friends of friends of Tiffany's
1. Tiffany mentioning that they (her and her boyfriend) are looking to get a place of their own, not sure when but possibly around the beginning of the month (Feb)..obviously, I've deciphered the "gangsta" talk for you
2. Interesting enough, one of the 4 baby daddy's came into a good amount of money aprox $2,900. Now with that being said, it could have been a tax refund, he could have sold somthing and by no means am I accusing him of anything, just found it interesting.
