it means that the prosecutor's office did not present all the evidence they have, but simply the facts of the 2 murders and enough probable cause to indict.
most Grand Juries will go along with a prosecutor's office and, as the old adage says, will "indict a ham sandwich".

but bottom line is, they only revealed what they had to. they didn't give all their evidence.

The murderers are first and foremost the reason those kids are dead, but YOU are also the reason those kids are dead. YOU brought that kind of lifestyle to YOUR family which led YOUR son to be around all the wrong people. Which in turn led Lisa into it when she became involved with YOUR son.

The BOTTOM LINE is, if Lisa had not gotten involved with YOUR son, those pieces of shit would never have shown up to the house that night, period. that means they upped the simple murder charge to aggravated which made it death-penalty eligible. and the kidnapping makes it more serious as well. kidnapping can be just moving a person from one room to another against their will.

it's easy to google legal terms/statutes for your state if it helps. for example. aggravated murder elements include:

I heard this too. And I heard a few weeks back that one of these other players they were putting heat on tried to commit suicide.

I know the Straubs business is way off limits, but could u tell us if the lawsuit was before or after the murders?? .....

You cannot disagree that its a great day when you can see in black and white that Maytee does not speak for Lisa or the Straub family. It says so much on many levels.

Now what we have to hope for, is a court order pertaining to two specific things.

1.) An order to shut down Maytee’s lies, false accusations, and basically muzzle her. It will happen. There is no doubt they will not put up with her sideshow antics.

2.) To prohibit Maytee for using any image of Lisa. Now there is some justice for Lisa’s memory!

Now that would be true justice. I think that is what bothers me regarding this whole thing. Maytee sullies the memory of that lovely girl.

We were all her age at one time. Most of us had a few years of hard partying. We got to grow out of that stage and become the people we are today.
