I believe you Donovan. You're more of a peeping tom, I suspect. Coming in here and just lurking and checking things out. Not quite as satisfying as using your hands, but safer that way.
I'd bend over to pick up a pencil in your presence with no expectation whatsoever that anything would happen, aside from my gaining yet another pencil.

Well if I went in blundering about and thrashing mindlessly and stepping into conversations and situations I was completely unfamiliar with, someone might accuse me of being a sock puppet. Wouldn't want that to happen, I hear it's annoying.

We know what you do with socks and why you can never find a clean pair.

I would guess it might be. You should avoid doing that. BUT, if you instead were just yourself, learned as you went along, and engaged with those who engaged you first (and repeatedly thereafter), some might call it getting to know people, being adventurous, and having a good time. If others had a good time ocassionally at your expense in the process, not much of a problem for a mature person, like yourself.
At least you took your hands out of your pockets long enough to write that sweet little response to my post. Progress...
P.s. "sock puppet" isn't an accusation I've seen around here; it's not an issue.

Please bend over and pick up a pencil in front of me, I promise it will take you a while to complete the task.
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

Thank you Duchess. Nice when someone new wanders in and appears to be interesting, rather than simply spewing expletives and childish banter.
I think Donovan seems cool, but I sense that he might have been subtlely implying that he finds me a bit of an annoyance. What's a little annoyance between new friends? Especially when he has free reign to mock me to death here, like family. Let's see if he's up for it.

On the contrary, I find this site somewhat interesting, it's just that I get caught up reading all the lengthy threads on various missing persons and nasty murder cases and whatnot and forget to post. Catching up like this it can be a bit overwhelming, not that the reading is so difficult but the subject matter gets hard to take. Gotta decompress every now and then, tell a dick joke, make a wisecrack or two.
Then it's right back into the more disturbing stuff.

Here we call it "rush hour traffic". Don't worry, HotD I am not much for subtlety when annoyed, you'll know pretty directly. I suspect you won't ever get this treatment from me, but I tend to only get irritated when I think someone is running a game on me or I've been lied to. And that almost never happens on the internet, I've found. People are much nicer online.

Have you met ramsey?
Who cares when you get irritated? Sorry, but I'm not invested in you.
I like childish banter.

I like childish banter. I had a nice lengthy response ready for you, then I looked on my list of People I Need To Impress Before I Die, and I didn't see your name there.
So...sucks to be you, I guess? Better luck next time.

Well, you are certainly thorough. The most disturbing stuff isn't necessarily in the crime forum! See you when you're ready to jump in.

Are you drinking any green beer tonight?

Nah. Not a big beer drinker. Got a local grocery store that stocks a lot of high end microbrew, went through a phase of trying them out but couldn't really get into it.

Nah, good to be me. I think you are derivative. I've seen this shtick before.
You are a bit boring. Just in case you didn't know. If you are elderly, I mean that with kindness. If you are fat, type less, walk more.

Guess you're in for some disappointment then, huh? Good thing you've already seen the entire internet, you can go ahead and quit now. What a relief you no longer have to allot that much of your day to predictable banality. Think of all you'll be able to accomplish...

Yeah, not enough bang for my buck.
If you always speak in that manner, you are a douche. This is Mock, you don't need to be pretentious. (Look at the thread title if you don't know what I mean.)
If you can't help it, bless your heart. HOTD will still be nice to you.
