If I choose "Uncommitted Delegates" for the Democratic Party in the primary does that mean there is a chance Biden's name wouldn't be on the Ballot?
The other options besides Biden have also already dropped out.

As far as I can tell, "uncommitted delegates" is often described as "none of the above".
