When only absentee and actual voting will be accepted we shall see, votes based on the registered voters from the past may not be used when things get tight.

I just think that any questionable votes may be tossed if using voter rolls to decide who gets a ballot. Absentee and actual voting will be more secure.

Nope, never heard of voter roll ballots. I'm assuming you mean the states that automatically send mail-in ballots to all registered voters, like Colorado and Utah do. Believe it or not, there's very little fraudulent voting under those systems... but I know you won't believe it.
