Non voters are usually the least to bitch, they dont vote because they know it's a corrupt system that isn't really for the interest of the public one way or another. Take healthcare, they'll say they will change this and that and make a big deal of it and then it's a different version of the same bullshit fooling everyone into thinking it changed. You cant really rag on them if they're not the ones bitching.
