Dak is calm and poised, Ezekiel runs like a seasoned veteran. Mix in Dez, Beasley and Williams, to go with Witten, and they're formidable. Their D is playing well also.

Oh hell no, but before the season started Siemen was an unknown quantity and we had frigging Sanchez. I was resigned to something of a letdown season after somehow pulling a Superbowl out of the defense's collective asses last year. The way things are shaking out Elway comes off looking like a genius...again.

Oddly enough I don't think it would work. Elway has never fared well with stubborn types (see Shanahan, Mike and Reeves, Dan) which is why Kubiak is the perfect fit. Guy's a hell of a sideline general but has played second fiddle to Elway so long it's second nature.
Anyway, it ain't like Belichek needs Elway, that dude is shortlist greatest coach of all time. He doesn't need anybody apparently...
