Please try to understand my logic:

Vikings have beaten NYG, but lost to Philly.

We needed NYG to win this game for potential playoff seedings/tie breakers down the road.

By picking Philly to win, I knew I could truly affect the outcome.

All the players read these predictions.

It's amazing how much one man can do from 1,000 miles away.

Our defense, surprisingly, lost this one for us.

Offensively, we gained 350 yards (huge by Vikings standards). We had a missed PAT, blocked FG, and got stuffed on a 4^th and 1 inside Detroit's 5 yard line.

All that said, Detroit is trailing by 3 with 23 seconds left and needs to get into FG range from their 25.

Coach dials up Prevent D on last play with 17 seconds left. Stafford has 5 seconds to find a receiver at our 40, get to line and spike it.

Prater then makes a 58 yd FG as time expires. He also hit from 53.

Then in OT, our D lets Detroit go 82 yds on their opening possession. They converted at least 4 3^rd downs.

It's a mess in Minny.

Edit: we also became the first team since 2011 to have a first down in the Red Zone and end up having to punt.

We have a pretty tough schedule ahead, but I think you need to look at the margin of loss when we drop a game. It's not much. We've been able to stay in it. Sproles was named our go to running back. That will be two less fumbles per game. hah

I agree, but it's pretty telling that we are keeping it that close with a patch work O line and a 1^st year QB. We have Atlanta at home this week. We've won every home game to date.
