Yeah, we didn't record it. It lasted all of 5 minutes. I went through it once and she asked me to write it down. I gave her my fight song t-shirt. hah

I went up to training camp today. It was hot as fuck and there were thousands of people. I don't think I've ever seen so many at TC before.

Some of those bitches boo'ed DeMarco. He got some cheers but the boos were louder.

Honestly, I don't think they did anything worthwhile. There was a lot of running around and stretching.

I'm red as a lobster and tired too. It felt like a game day. We walked for what seemed like miles and you couldn't really even hear yourself think. I haven't been in a crowd that size in a long time. I think it will be even bigger on Sunday.

i absolutely can't wait till the new season starts. i'm going to the training camp for the seahawks in a couple weeks. I went last year for the first time and it was amazing experience, very cool. I can't wait to go this year as i'm getting all decked out.

my brother went to one of the practice this week and he made it into one of the pictures released by press and he's in the background with all blue beads around his neck, these beads he got at mardi gras two years ago, he looks like a very strange version of Mr. T. with his arms thrown in the air...
