Did you shout GO VIKINGS!

hah

I get a little star struck around them and clam up. My philosophy on that comes from the old adage of "better to be thought dumb than to open your mouth and remove all doubt", or something like that. I'd hate to say anything inappropriate or be a babbling idiot. My God. I cringe just thinking it could happen.
Everyone's gotten used to seeing him, so I guess we just kinda look at him like just another parent.

He's a good guy and involved in youth sports.
I used to work overnights at a restaurant that was in a direct line from the old Mile High stadium. Frequently late at night we'd get the players in after late meetings or games or practices or partying. Most of the time it was the working stiffs, the O and D line guys, the ones who could go out without being mobbed. But now and then we'd get the big stars; Elway came in once on his way to go hunting and my co-workers embarrassed themselves fawning on him. I felt like the guy should be left alone to enjoy his frigging meal in peace. I mean honestly, can the dude catch a moment of solitude?
If I ever fawn I would like to die immediately afterwards. Thank you.

Bring on the open training camp schedule so I can make a plan. Yabba Dabba Do.
Yo that training camp plan is tight, and Ima let you finish...

I'm happy with who we picked up. Looking forward to seeing what our new offense can do and if 1 or 2 of the rooks works out I think D will be solid.
I expect to see Carroll and Rowe the frontrunners on the outside opposite Maxwell while Shep and Biggers compete behind them. Boykin and Thurm inside with Evans behind them, and Wolff and Watkins should be competing at FS with a possibility of Ed Reynolds. That's really good competition at every questionable DB position.

By the end of summer, my biggest question is slot corner. I can't see Boykin losing that spot, but how do you keep Thurmond/Evans around as an extra slot corner? I definitely can't see Boykin getting cut. Gonna be an interesting camp.

Good! I read this wrong earlier. I like Brandon, I think he's a capable, productive player and I want him to remain an Eagle.

The Summer depth chart has been released and they've got him lining up opposite Byron. I think he deserves this opportunity.

I think that's pretty much spot on Cutz.

The Patriots deflategate investigative report has been released -

There are hundreds of pages of the report to go through, but here are some of the key sections that conclude the findings:

"We have concluded that it is more probable than not that Jim McNally (the Officials Locker Room attendant for the Patriots) and John Jastremski (an equipment assistant for the Patriots) participated in a deliberate effort to release air from Patriots game balls after the balls were examined by the referee.

"Based on the evidence, it also is our view that it is more probable than not that Tom Brady (the quarterback for the Patriots) was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski involving the release of air from Patriots game balls," the report reads.

Story
The funniest part was the bit where they Brady was a cheap ass and didn't give them enough gifts to cheat for him.

Do you think Tom knew this was coming and it played a role in him not taking the trip to the White House with the others?
I think Tom Brady will be inconsolable over this, except for, you know, all the superbowl rings and first ballot hall of fame and the money and the private jets and supermodel wife and celebrity friends and giant fucking castle house and whatnot. I mean other than that, he'll be a wreck.

I wasn't thinking about all that he has, I was considering the fact that he knew damn well that a cheater had no business being given the honor of an invite to the White House.

Indeed, and Tom's refusal to share his phone messages is pretty damning. Goodell is going to be even less popular in Boston by the time this is all said and done.

Stephen A Smith says it's because Tom Brady is racist and didn't want to shake a black president's hand.
Stephen A Smith just likes to hear his own voice.
Heard a Seahawks joke on radio this mornimg. Why should you wear a Seahawks jersey when you take an important exam?

Because you know you shouldn't pass but you will anyway.
