It's all a farce. I'm just going to stick with watching my Birds play and hope my team doesn't anything from anyone. The Pats won't be able to ever shake the cheating label and there will be an asterisk next to Tom Brady's name and I just don't care. I save all my care for my high flyin' Philadelphia Eagles. Screw everybody else.
Yup, it's in the history books now and whenever Brady is mentioned, deflategate will also be spoken.

Are y'all aware that sports writers have the very same mindset as 14 yr. old girls?
Its a movement I tell ya!!! hah

A deep knowledge of Deflategate may not seem like something that would attract prospective employers, but students at the University of New Hampshire School of Law will have the opportunity to take a course on the topic this fall taught by Michael McCann, a professor who also serves as a legal analyst for Sports Illustrated.

Seriously. They don't hesitate to gossip. They are not opposed to stretching the truth or even fabricating something. There is always much ado about nothing. They continuously refer to their anonymous source. They often fail to back up their claims. There's more but you get my point.
To me, that's what makes sports journalism so entertaining.
Brady's Suspension Nullified

U.S. District Judge Richard Berman has decided to nullify the four-game suspension of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady over his supposed role in the Deflategate scandal.

The NFL’s punishment of Brady was “premised on several significant legal deficiencies," Berman ruled, including that it had failed to provide the quarterback with adequate notice of “both his potential discipline and his alleged misconduct” as required by the league's collective bargaining agreement with players. The decision is available in its entirety below.

"Based upon the foregoing and applicable legal authorities, the Court hereby denies the Management Council's motion to confirm the Award and grants the Players Association's motion to vacate the Award, thereby vacating the four-game suspension of Tom Brady, effective immediately," Berman wrote in the conclusion.

The judge ruled that Brady had no reason to know that having a “general awareness” of deflated footballs would subject him to a punishment equal to that for violating the NFL’s collectively-bargained performance-enhancing drug policy.

More importantly, Does the A stand for what I think it does in Stephen A. Smith?

Of course it does but his bosses frown on profanity during the shows so he's not allowed to introduce himself with his full name.

Moving on...

I have a small wish list. I want to keep Rasheed Baily & Kenjon Barner. Please and thank you. C'mon with the cuts already. C'MonC'MonC'Mon.

Kenjon is a former Duck. He has had some awesome kick returns. I don't see Chipper cutting him.
Barkley to the Cardinals.
So I was reading the judge's ruling regarding deflategate and I was astounded to learn that the judge ruled in Tom's favor because "the court finds that because Brady had no notice that he could receive a four-game suspension for general awareness of ball deflation of balls by others".

According to the judge Tom shouldn't be punished for breaking that rule because he didn't know ahead of time that he could be punished. It's not in the CBA. Haha! That's crazy wild.
I will never look at Tom Brady the same again. And my eyes he's a cheater. And I think most people feel that way except the patriots fans.

Do you find the judge's ruling remarkable? I was incredulous to read that Tom can't be punished because he wasn't made aware of the fact that he could be in trouble for knowing the balls were deflated. You can't be punished for cheating because you didn't know you could be punished. WTF! hah
I think it's ridiculous. How could a person not know they would be punished for cheating?!?! The judge is either a Pats fan or he was paid. I hope the Pats have a shitty season.

And I hope his wife gains 20lbs on her ass and thighs.

People don't look at John Elway or Jerry Rice any differently, and they 'cheated' during their HOF careers. Brady will be no different.

Seeing men with their children (especially NFL players) warms my black heart -

Anyone shocked?
