FUNNY - ANYONE can file a complaint against another DUMBASS. Just had a man file a complaint against a person in his building because he claims he was talking to "his butthole". Then the other neighbor was slamming the cabinet’s applauding. SADLY enough these people have to come to court and waste the tax payers money.
To my knowledge a criminal complaint cannot be filed, there is no proof of a crime being committed. And I highly doubt anyone down at the police station takes this women seriously.

BTW..regarding the infamous, non-existent "e-mails" to her children- Her boys are very young.... would they even have e-mails? I do know that kids can be very proficient with computers but, do kids that age have e-mails and why? I personally don't think they are even old enough to be on FB. And if they do, indeed, have e-mail accounts, who would have access to those? Not any of us, right? Only their closest friends and relatives, right? Hmmmmm! But, then again, we're not talking about a rational, responsible parent here...she may have those kids on MS with their personal info made public for all to see and send nasty e-mails to.
