I can't imagine the mentality it takes for a grown person to post something like that. I can see angst-filled teens exhibiting that type of behavior, but never an adult. Especially someone's mother.

Give me an old-fashioned mom. You know, the kind that smells pretty when she goes in to the office and cooks something good to eat when she gets home. I wouldn't want to be stuck with a mom that you can score from and have to bail out twice a year.

Honestly, I wouldn't be able to face my kids if I committed a crime and got arrested. That would instantly fuck your parental superiority. Especially if you can't spell.

Within one week, AZ's missing child Jahessye Shockley, garnered almost 1000 (ten times more than the 'Justice' site) "Likes" on her fb page and her mother has a criminal past, too.

But then, her criminal mother is not using fb as some sort of internet 'Wailing Wall' or infantile gif gallery.

They actually include news stories and discussion that are not flattering to the family.

I guess that's the difference. Justice for a child instead of a remake of failed parenthood and a pathetic attempt to appear important.

I figured out why she keeps lying about where Johnny lived: He was still on probation and was supposed to be living with his parents. He was also supposed to be clean and sober (TASC). She is effen retarded for posting all those pics of him partying. What a complete dumbass. They should charge her for not supervising his probation like she should have. If she would have kept him home and kept him clean, he would be alive today.

present as was defendant JOHN CLARK. Pursuant to R.C.
2929.20(D) the victim or victim's representative was
notified.

After due consideration of the record, any oral or
written statements prepared, as well as the principles and
purposes of sentencing under R.C. 2929.11, and the
seriousness and recidivism factors under R.C. 2929.12, the
Court finds that defendant is eligible for judicial
release, not now being subject to a mandatory prison term,
and further finds all of the following: that a non-prison
sanction does not demean the seriousness of the offense;
that a non-prison sanction will adequately punish
defendant and protect the public; that factors decreasing
seriousness outweigh those increasing seriousness; that
there is less likelihood of recidivism.

The Court finds on January 14, 2008 the defendant entered
a plea of No Contest and was found guilty by the Court of
the lesser included offense of Count One and Count Two,
Robbery, each a violation of R.C. 2911.02(A)(2), each a
felony of the 2^nd degree.

Finding the defendant now amenable to community control,
the Court modifies defendant's sentence AND THEREFORE
imposes 3 (three) years of community control to be
monitored by the Lucas County Adult Probation Department
specifically to include:1) Pursuant to R.C. 2901.07,
defendant ordered to submit to DNA testing; 2) Defendant
to pay restitution to victims; 3) Defendant to seek and
maintain gainful verifiable employment; 4) Defendant to
be assessed and abide by recommendations to participate in
TASC ; 5) Defendant not to be convicted of any
Municipal, State, or Federal Offenses; 6) Defendant must
abide by the laws of this state and this nation and may
not leave the State of Ohio without permission of this
Court and/or his/her supervising probation officer; 7)
Defendant to reside with parents; and 8) Defendant to have
no direct or indirect contact with co-defendants.

Defendant notified that violation of community control,
violation of any law, or leaving this state without
permission of the court or probation officer, will lead to
a longer or more restrictive sanction for defendant,
including the balance of prison term.

Pursuant to R.C. 2929.20, Defendant is ORDERED RELEASED to
the custody of the Lucas County Adult Probation Department
forthwith. Defendant to report to Lucas County Adult
Probation Department upon release.

Defendant found to have, or reasonably may be expected to
have, the means to pay all or part of the applicable costs
of supervision, confinement, assigned counsel, and
prosecution as authorized by law. Defendant ordered to
reimburse the State of Ohio and Lucas County for such

I believe Cracker's post should be placed in the J & L part 2 thread for the following reasons:

1.) Johnny pleaded NO CONTEST. Sounds like a plea bargain to me. I'm sure Maytee will graciously allow the defendants, in her son's murder, the same courtesy as was afforded her son.

2.) The fact it appears that Maytee enabled her son to circumvent conditions of his release (parole/probation).

3.) This shit is gonna come out in court if she is put on the stand.

4.) I'm sure there is a gif that can explain how to violate Lucas County's Community Release requirements with a rainbow and rhyming verses. Besides, the prosecution needs something catchy like, "The kid broke the rules 'cause the parents be fools" to help with a conviction.
