Cars, what Republican have you got to get the nomination?

Sadly, currently the selection will have to be settled for at this time, none are outstanding.

Lindsey Graham

Jeb Bush

Marco Robio

(And not necessarily in that particular order!)
I'd vote for Jim Webb if he made it, everybody else is crap.
The last thing we need is another Bush or Clinton in the WH.

It's time to douche out these Dynastys and get some fresh air in Washington. I don't see anyone worthy of that yet, on either side. Marco is a possibility, but it's way too soon for picking a candidate yet.

Another year and a half of this crap...UGG! 84

We should count ourselves lucky that their promos aren't all over the airwaves yet.Smiley_emoticons_wink

I detest going to polls and choosing what always turns out to be the lessor of two evils.

I don't know if I'll do that again. Fuck em all, at the moment anyway. I'll shut my TV off and take up candy crush...haha!
I don't see anyone beating Slick Hillary, she has Teflon skin, money and is tough. As secretary of state I feel she failed. Does she have what it takes to avoid political suicide and still do what's right for America and put Americans needs first, that has yet to be shown. I see lots of greed and self preservation with her. But if she promises a ton of things she may do OK. I only hope its not all hot air.

She's a politician through and through, she'll say all the exact "hot air" you want to hear, to get elected! Like most politician's, she can't be trusted.

Ted Cruz has confirmed he's going to make a run for the highest office in the land. hah

All that tells me is that he doesn't have a problem with wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars.

This is one of his quotes - "It's going to take a new generation of courageous conservatives to help make America great again."

He can take his conservatism and shove it up his ass.
Is Bill an asset or a liability to Hillary's campaign?

^Mr. Clinton at a Clinton Foundation charity event. The charity is Bill's primary area of focus and recently faced criticism fire for its international fundraising practices.

Some political strategists in and outside of the Clinton camp feel that he was overall a liability for Hillary in her 2008 run against Barack Obama for the Democratic nomination; that seems to be the general consensus.

He was biased and protective of his wife when doing political commentating. He's was unpredictable with public comments that could work against his wife. He's a sociable and warm man, which sometimes resulted in him stealing the spotlight under which Hillary was supposed to be the focal point...

So, what to do about the Bill-factor during the 2016 campaign?
- Assign him a handler who goes everywhere with him
- Send him to Africa for Foundation work during the campaign
- Limit his public appearances with Hillary, she'll be Bill-free a lot more this time out
- Intertwine their staffs so Bill and Hillary don't seemingly contradict each other
- Train him to resist comment, etc...

It's a unique challenge and opportunity for her campaign, a critical one, if you really think about it. Will Bill be the country's first First Gentleman?

And Bill seems to be following the new game plan...

After the charity event pictured in above post, Mr. Clinton walked through Liberty City to check out a community vegetable garden near a public-housing project.

A reporter tried to get Mr. Clinton to comment on news reports of his wife’s use of a private email account while she served as secretary of state.

Bill responded: “I have an opinion, but I have a bias”. When asked what his opinion was, he paused. “That I shouldn’t be making news on this.” Smiley_emoticons_smile

Hillary Clinton is expected to formally announce and kick off her campaign for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination next month.

I think he is both a liability AND an asset.

Given this isn't their first rodeo they may have learned from past mistakes, that's my hope anyway.

I think their appearances together should probably be limited in some cases. Bill will be a help & a hindrance.

Good luck with that! hah

I can hardly wait to put the Hillary For Prez signs in a couple of my Republican friend's front yards after dark. 39
That's how they do it. hah
Getting my poster ready also.

If media reports can be believed then today is the day I've been waiting for. Hillary will be on her way to being Madame President. She is, without a doubt, better than anyone the Republicans have to offer and that's even after them having a good eight years to prepare. Go Hillary!

Let the bitchin' begin.

I'm down.
SNL parodied Hillary's campaign launch strategy last night.

Buckle up America because the Clintons are back!
Cannot wrap my head around Bill as First Lady. Monica better warn all the interns about him.
He'd be a fantastic foreign diplomat.
