No. Cook the chopped potatoes in water untill almost cooked, maybe 10 minutes. Use your own judgment, you should be able to pierce them with a fork, but not all the way through. Then drain and mix them with the cheese and undiluted soup in a casserole pan and then bake. Jesus fucking christ.
