Check Gilligan's Island right between the upright Professor and the plain Jane Maryanne.

I'm making it tonight. I'm going to use a big sprig each of fresh herbs instead of dried. I always have all the fresh ones on hand because I mix them into the rabbit's daily salad.
My recipe ended up being too wet, like Duchess at prom.
I'll let the chopped tomatos drain first then. I dont know if that would work for Duchess as well.
You have to let it reduce longer than the 20 minutes called for to thicken it. I added some hot pepper flakes for an added little kick and made tacos with it. Topped with a little cheese, fresh chopped onion, cilantro and fresh jalapeños and it is a hit.
Too cool, you rock Sally Stewart!
Rice cakes suck ass.

But I hear they're good for you. I was thinking of adding them to my healthier diet.
It is definitely a healthier snack option Clang.
Some of them have too much added sugars.

I hope if/when you meet with your nutritionist they give you some healthy options.

You may feel defeated at first and may want to give up because you could learn all the stuff you thought was healthy is not. Don't get discouraged and don't give up.
The trick is the more fresh foods and non-processed foods you can add to your "diet" "eating" the better.

Well I'm starting at least with replacing the chips and ramen with fruits and vegetables. And making a salad at least once a week for dinner. Cut out the cookies and spicy salty almonds too.
Cool

Rice cakes aren't very healthy Clang. They have little nutritional value and can spike your blood sugar. Plus they taste like shit. You can also keep your almonds and other nuts in your diet, you just need to buy the unsalted kind and keep in mind a serving is a small handful, not the whole bag. They pair well with a piece of fruit for a snack. I like apples with walnuts.

I never eat the whole bag of almonds. Not even the whole bag of potato chips. The worst I did recently was eat a whole can of spam. I was sad and a little depressed over not having my car for almost a month then though.
I've only tried spam once and it was okay, but it was so damn salty. Like sea water.

Yeah it is salty but still not as bad as ramen which tastes like noodles floating in  flavored salt water.
Buying fresh bread at a Walmart in Germany.

I just saw something that I cannot unsee on tik tok.

A block of soy
poke holes in block
put block in frying pan

pour living creatures (fish/squid/worms????) into frying pan

everything after that is a blur

do not watch if you have a weak stomach.

I know, we eat fish, crab, lobster, beef, chicken,
