The mustard here is really strong thought it was horseradish.

I looked it up and they are known for their mustard. I also came across a recipe for portugese mussels while looking up portugese mustard, they looked divine.

We had snails last week, the sauce was good.

I love escargot with a good sauce and some crusty bread.

I have not had that yet. Maybe someday. I just got a craving for oysters.

I had escargot once. From a can. I wasn't impressed. Taste like weird funky mushrooms.
