I know someone else that has lost weight due to stress. Stress is horrible, just awful and peace of mind is priceless and sometimes hard to come by.
Are Insta-Pots all that?
Are they multi-purpose? If not, what is?
I'm 210 now 5'11" tall much better than 270 that was a lot small bowls, no bread, less beer, got me in this spot. I gotta say I really don't feel any different but my muscles are more baggey. My biceps need work but my legs are fine. It's time to concentrate on upper body but I have a beer barrel type chest. My arms need work so thats where I'm going for the next 6 months, Hopefully for the last time. I see 60 lbs curls in my future.

Have you done the one chip challenge yet, Clang? I know you like hot stuff. It's pretty damn hot, it made me puke after about 5 minutes. Which is good because my son didn't puke his up and when it settled in his stomach it gave him cramps.
