I am so in love with making food right now.
I made some gravy to go over the butternut squash and whatever else. It is so good. And I made it without any meat drippings, just used butter, oniions, garlic, thyme, a couple of sage leaves and rosemary leaves.
I never make gravy. I always have someone else make it during the holidays. I made extra and I keep tasting it and could eat it all. But I won't.

Salmon fillet and large onion rings from the restaurant up the road. Should take me 20 min. to do.

I don't know how it happened really. Kind of forced to make all meals at home now and got tired of the easy prep stuff, some of the restaurants are shut down in the area and there aren't that many to begin with. I think when the pressure came off and it is just me I have the freedom to make mistakes, but so far everything has been really tasty.

Sheppard pie,   with bacon and cheddar mixed in with the potatoes.

I made blackened salmon for the first time tonight. It was quite tasty. I was impressed.

Oh yes, bowel movements aka brown dust. 

I think he also puts some ass into it when he plays pickle ball at the senior center.

It looks like pot roast and pork brisket for Christmas along with some really fabulous homemade pies.
