T-bones with grilled onions. Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots on the side.

In process -- smells so good.

I'm starving. Do I cook or do I starve. Jesus Christ. Sally, what's for dinner?
I made a Cognac and brown sugar glaze for the ham and it was delicious. Two shots of the pan juices and Aussie would be in here talking smack.

Why can't I have someone like you cooking for me? Whhhhyyyy.

I'm almost certain I thought that with a whining tone.

I'm tired.
I wish I had someone like me cooking for me.

I don't mind the cooking so much, I just hate the mess. And my kids idea of cleaning the kitchen is putting the dishes in the sink.
Beer can roasted chicken tonight on the grill. Take a 4lbs roaster clean it out wash with cold water.
pat it dry and smear the outside with olive oil.
Mix pepper,Rosemary, thyme and some crunchy salt with marjoram and sprinkle it on the chicken
Take a beer and drink a slug off it.
Put the rest of the seasonings in the can.
Stick it wear the sun don't shine and prop that bird up on a baking sheet.
Put it in on the grill sitting up for an hour.
Its ready but the inside should be 165 deg.
all done

Good for a rainy day.

No no not me, I am on the wagon. I am suffering terrible migraines these days and cannot drink or smoke or anything.
Migraines suck. Do you have Imitrex? That is the best med for me when I get one. In fact I've had a headache all day. Since lady night. Not migraine though. I think it's the pollen.
Lady night. Heh.Your Ramsey-isms have grown on me. I'm mostly amused by them.
I have to have a CT brain scan tomorrow morning. It was severe and lasted 2 days and the third day I was still shaky but was improving by then. I never thought about have a Lady Night to help things. I will try it. But I really cannot have alcohol or cigarettes, but there was no mention of male strippers though.

Good luck, Aussie. I had to have one a few years ago - fortunately, everything was okay. And I'm sure it will be for you also!
Thank you Teach.
Close your eyes, boss lady..

We're having a butterflied shoulder of lamb tonight that I've had marinading for the past day and a half. Lemon, garlic and some nice boutique olive oil with a citrusy zing about it. A touch of chilli. Served up with some grilled corn on the cob, chats and steamed green beans. Yummo..

Telling me NOT to do something is the quickest way to get me to do it.
What are chats?
Itty bitty tiny potatoes.
Sound tasty.

Lamb does not sound tasty, you friggin' savage. I'll beat your ass with a stick!
Oooooo spank me Duchess!

Yeah, yeah. You say that now.
