We had sprialed zuchini w/ pesto, asparagus, I made some fries out of whatever the yellow potato is that is either called a yam or a sweet potato-IT IS REALLY CONFUSING! And shrimp, oh and cucumber salad. I am still stuffed.

I need to figure out something to do with hamburger,  besides Sheppard pie and meatloaf.   I used to be quite creative with cooking,  but lately I've been in a rut.

A yam has brown kinda crusty skin and is dry and starchy and white flesh. Almost all the potatoes in the states that people call yams are actually sweet potatoes. All the orange ones are SP.
