Allstate is your insurance company? ARe they not defending you at all? What kind of surgery did they guy have? Did Allstate send him for an IME. If you are not already doing so, you need to get on the phone with them and find out what the hell they are doing. Allstate should be investigating this dude and have him under surveyllance. They are a shitty insurance company.
Again another example of an asshole trying to make money of the big bad insurance company. It's these asshole that jack up the rates for everyone. I hate those freakin commercials with the attorney's saying don't settle. Call them and they will get you the most money. I have quite a few people right now that say they can't work and are treating with the chiro, pt, acupuncture, neuro's and orthos. As soon as we settle, they will have a stunning recovery. What is really going on is there are these mills that churn out the bills for all these different providers and the people are not even really treating. They all have the same medical records and the billers just change the patient name and date of service. It's a huge racket. And the honest people do get stuck paying for it.

the more electric doodads, the better. ::lol:: in florida i carried a center punch around to collapse a window or windshield if i went into water off a bridge in the keys(it happens a LOT!) since the electrics would short out and you'd be trapped like Mary Jo Kopechne.
