The one lady that irritated me the most made the jury. She began by talking about the protests as "riots" and called the people involved "those people". She also slammed Trayvon's parents as parents that raised a teenager that was expelled from school. Blamed it mostly on Trayvon's dad for being an absent parent.
She did redeem herself in the end by ridiculing the idea that a CWP made one trained and competent in firearms. She herself had a CWP, she let it expire, and then she said the required training was a joke. All in my own words, but I think you get the drift.
I believe these women will listen to the evidence, and convict GZ.

Well, it's funny to imagine you with the ladies flipping through the Avon catalog and watching The View on the lunch break.
I don't know what they'll really be doing when not in the courtroom, but they're sequestered. So, their access to public communications/media is very limited.
They'll be holed up together for at least a couple of weeks, unable to talk about the case with each other until testimony is completed and verdict deliberations begin.
The jurors' images won't be shown by the media; we won't see them at all during trial; we'll see the judge, attorneys, witnesses and courtroom trial watchers though.
Monday's opening statements begin with Bernie de la Rionda for the prosecution. He's aggressive and fiery; very passionate veteran prosecutor.

He's been less visible in than his media-present partner O'Mara (who's generally described as laid-back and kinda country lawyerish in demeanor). All of the attorneys have a lot of experience and many murder trials under their belts. If the preliminary hearings are any indication, trial's gonna be a full on battle royal.
Judge Nelson is great for this kind of passion-charged case. She's so organized, decisive and knowledgeable. She rules by the book and nobody takes control away from her in her courtroom.

I was posting when you were posting. We're back on track and some silliness here and there has never been an issue in LC's Cell Block.
