You would think with all the money he has earned he would get his teeth fixed. Instead he gets some tat on his face. But come to think of it, with his taste and childish reasoning he would end up choosing these.

Mike Tyson quote on Zimmerman:

It's a disgrace that man hasn't been dragged out of his house and tied to a car and taken away. That's the only kind of retribution that people like that understand. It's a disgrace that man hasn't been shot yet. Forget about him being arrested--the fact that he hasn't been shot yet is a disgrace. That's how I feel personally about it.

Crime forum,stop fucking around.

Jesus Christ. Why the hell would a black man sanction something like that after that poor black man was pulled limb from limb by being dragged behind a vehicle several years ago. Whatta dumb fucker.
I am curious to know if the PD took pictures of GZ’s “injuries” while at the station that night. Obviously the officer saw something on the back of his head, curious if ANYONE took pictures of his injuries that day or after?
she can't unring that bell. but it won't really matter:

Trayvon's mother, Sabrina Fulton, said she believes the shooting was an 'accident'

Hours later she released a statement saying her words were 'mischaracterized' and stated Zimmerman murdered her son.

Bullshit she said it flat out directly. then retracted.

I read the story about what the mother stated then retracted, NOW your just making yourself look bad. AND making the media look worse. I don’t know what I make of her statements she said it clear as day that she thought it was an accident. I actually was starting to gain some respect for her after listening to the interview. Then I hear this retracted of the statement, and blaming the media. WELL MY DEAR IF IT WASN’T FOR THE MEDIA, then this case probably would not be as big as it is!
Corey's probable cause affidavit contained only the bare minimum needed:

a probable cause affidavit has been filed in the second-degree murder case. In the two-page document, prosecutors offer little new information about the shooting.

However, they said in the affidavit that "Zimmerman confronted Martin," an apparent contradiction of Zimmerman's version of the events that led to the shooting.

The document says Trayvon's mother identified the screams for help heard in a 911 call as those of her son. It also reveals that investigators interviewed a "friend" of Trayvon's who was talking to him in the leadup to the shooting.

Based on the description, it appears the friend was the girl described by Martin family attorneys as his girlfriend.

"During this time, Martin was on the phone with a friend and described to her what was happening," the affidavit said. "The witness advised that Martin was scared because he was being followed through the complex by an unknown male and didn't know why."

Martin tried to run home, the affidavit says, but was followed by Zimmerman. "Zimmerman got out of his vehicle and followed Martin."

The affidavit goes on to say that "Zimmerman disregarded the police dispatcher" who told him to stop, and "continued to follow Martin who was trying to return to his home."

Zimmerman, the affidavit says, "confronted Martin and a struggle ensued."

According to the affidavit: "Trayvon Martin's mother has reviewed the 911 calls and identified the voice crying for help as Trayvon Martin's. Zimmerman shot Martin in the chest."
A witness said it was Zimmerman screaming. Hmm. So hard to decide who to believe. Should we believe an independent witness or a woman who wants to cash in as soon as she hears the word "Jewish." That's a tough one...
I hear the jury will get free fried chicken.
you can read the full charging affidavit here.

Read it: George Zimmerman's charging affidavit--->

it's a link to PDF doc.

it states that Z said "fucking punks" and "these assholes". nothing about "coons".

remember, the prosecutor only files/reveals the bare minimum in this doc, and it is subject to defense argument. it's one-sided.

defense has stated Z is indigent.

Actually, Jesus is responsible for the arrest and subsequent charges. Trayvon's mom said that an arrest was all they wanted and then she thanked Jesus.

Maybe she should have "wanted" a guilty conviction instead of an arrest? Just sayin'.
I have a problem with the "new witness" who came forward.

A month late, and a hinky story:
"I saw two men on the ground, on top of each other, obviously thinking, okay something really horrible is happening. And at that point, not looking out the window, I heard a yell for help, and then I heard … another excruciating type of yell. It didn’t even almost sound like ‘help,’ it almost sounded so painful. But I wasn’t watching out the window. [...] Next time I looked out the window, there same thing, two men on the grass, on top of each other [...] I couldn’t see a lot of movement because it was very dark, but I felt like they were scuffling. And then I heard gunshots, which to me, were more like pops."

"I felt like they were scuffling." Ok.

I was stunned when she said that with him by her side. Effin' stupid.
LC perhaps you can clarify something for me? In the affidavit of probable cause, it states that "Trayvon Martin's mother has reviewed the 911 calls and identified the voice crying for help as Trayvon Martin's voice".

She is the victims mother. How can her statement that the calls for help are Trayvon's be used as evidence? Isn't there bias here? I doubt that she's an expert in voice analysis/recognition, and even if she is, isn't she too close to the case to make an informed, rational opinion? I know if my son was killed by an armed man and I heard screaming on the tape, I would assume it was my son too.

The phone "witness" has bias too. She was at least a friend and possibly a girlfriend of Trayvon.

I did not know that statements by persons with bias were part of an arrest affidavit unless they were actually present at the scene of the crime.
good points Cheyne.

the mother's voice recognition does have a bias of course. but as i said, that and the witness comments etc. are not really evidence yet. they, combined with other evidence, only provide enough probable cause for a charge, not a conviction. and they don't claim to contain enough for a conviction. the standard/bar is different.
the affidavit is not PROOF.
they will only be given the weight they deserve in a trial.
a bond hearing probably will be held on April 20 to determine if Z will be allowed to post bail and leave jail, O'Mara said late Thursday, according to a report by the Associated Press.
Zimmerman's attorney says he believes it will be at least six months before the second-degree murder case goes to trial.

I haven't seen this witness information, when did this come out? He is already not a credible witness. He states he heard "pops" and "gunshots". It was already confirmed that there was only ONE shot fired that night. It’s amazing, so many people are going to try and profit off this kids killing.

Its sad because people are going to forget what they are fighting for, and god help us something like the Rodney King riots happen. People died because this CRIMINAL-RODNEY KING wanted to say he was mistreated. Seeing the person this King is NOW and WAS prior, I wonder if these people that were involved in the riots feel any kind of remorse.
