When this story first broke, I was ready to send Zimmerman to prison for life. But based on what's come out since, I agree without your assessment.

I feel the same way, Maggot. I feel he shot him because he was getting his ass whooped but (He wouldn't have gotten his ass whooped if he would of done as he was asked by dispatch.) I understand his intent but it doesn't make it right.

I agree, I have no idea if he is racist or not. But he definately is the one that forced the issue past where he should have.
If he wanted to do it right he could have left his door open on his house and waited for someone to walk in. But he went after them. he could have trapped them.

Did he though, really?

He was 'watching' a person that matched the general description of a person/persons who'd been stealing from their homes.

According to his story, he followed T until he lost him. At that point, he says, he retreated to his vehicle where he was assaulted from behind.

If that story is true, and T was still in the act of attacking him, he'd have every right to use deadly force to defend himself.

Did anyone get an answer yet as to whether or not T assaulted a bus driver right before this incident with Z?

As I've said, if THAT is true, I'd have no problem believing he assaulted Z.
SO my question is this Martin and Burgess are around the same age, do they know eachother? AND was Martin at all a party in the prior break-ins?

Does anyone actually know the answers to these questions, as fact?

Yes, he did though really.

And Zimmerman musta been a wussy to fear for his life in a one minute and counting beat down.

And Zmmerman musta lost his way back to his vehicle seeing as where Trayvon was found shot dead was not on the way back to Zimmerman's vehicle.

And as far as Trayvon and a bus driver, nobody cares.

Trayvon has no juvenile rcord.

Zimmerman's imagination was fucking with him.
I thought that it was stated he has a record?

"The Miami Herald claims that in October, he was caught with a ‘burglary tool’ – a flathead screwdriver – and 12 pieces of women’s jewellery. Martin insisted that they did not belong to him.
Earlier, he had been suspended for skipping school and showing up late to class. And most recently, in February, he was suspended again when officials found a ‘marijuana pipe’ and an empty baggie with traces of marijuana."
Didn't some white guy get a revenge beating from some of the black people in the area?

What happened to Trayvon wasn't right but then neither are revenge beatings.

Not Adub's.
Its looking more and more like T was a Turd, but Z had no way of knowing any of that, Other than he was wearing the international uniform of the assholes and was "looking suspicious". DIdn't deserve to get killed for it, but as more things come out he was headed down a road that put him in a place where something bad was going to happen. If he had been the precious snowflake that his parents and the newspapers would have us believe, he probably would have talked to Z to find out what was up. In his head he knew he was a criminal, so he acted like one. Z was looking for criminals, so he found one.
he's going to need it...O'Mara charges $400. per hour.

(CNN) -- The lawyer for the neighborhood watch leader who fatally shot unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida, said Thursday that his client has received about $200,000 from supporters.

Orlando lawyer Mark O'Mara told CNN's "AC360" that George Zimmerman told him Wednesday of the donations as they were trying to shut down his Internet presence to avoid concerns about possible impersonators and problems with his Twitter and Facebook accounts.

"He asked me what to do with his PayPal accounts and I asked him what he was talking about," O'Mara told Anderson Cooper. "And he said those were the accounts that had the money from the website he had. And there was about 200, $204,000 that had come in to date."

O'Mara had said earlier this month that he believed Zimmerman had no money. "I think he's indigent for costs," he said, adding that Zimmerman's relatives had few assets.

Zimmerman, 28, was released Monday on $150,000 bail, 10% of which his family put up to secure his release. He is accused of second-degree murder in the February 26 death of Martin, who was African-American. Critics have accused him of racially profiling Martin and unjustly killing him. He has said he shot in self-defense.

Asked whether knowledge of the money might have made a difference to Judge Kenneth Lester Jr., who presided at Zimmerman's bond hearing, O'Mara said, "It might have."

O'Mara continued, "I'm certainly going to disclose it to the court tomorrow -- coincidentally, we have a hearing."

He said he was prepared to "deal with any fallout," but predicted Lester would not feel misled. "I told him what I knew at the time, which was exactly what I was aware of."

The money has been placed in a secure account since O'Mara learned about it, he said, adding, "Nobody's touching it until we figure out how to handle it."

But criminal defense WEASEL Mark Geragos said Lester might not react benignly. "I know a lot of judges who would remand the guy back into custody immediately," he said. "If you've got more money stashed in an account and you could just pay the bond and be gone, that gives a lot of judges concern."

Z absolutely should not have signed declaration of indigency! that's a fraud on the court.
that bond could now be raised or revoked.

(CNN) -- The attorney for Trayvon Martin's family says George Zimmerman should be back in jail because he failed to tell a judge he had $204,000 during a recent bond hearing.

"They tried to portray themselves as indigent that they did not have any money," said Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump. "We think the court should revoke his bond immediately, and he should be held accountable for misleading the court."

Zimmerman, who is charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of unarmed 17-year-old Martin, has been given about $204,000 from supporters his lawyer Mark O'Mara said Thursday.

The donations Zimmerman received will be discussed Friday at a 0900 court hearing in Florida, O'Mara said.
