I'd be interested in knowing why George pulled a gun instead of using his MMA training. Given he said that he didn't even realize he was carrying a gun it would seem to me that his training would have kicked in immediately once he felt threatened.
If Z has had MMA training it makes it even less likely that T could have got the better of him in a physical struggle to the point where Z thought he had no choice but to shoot and kill him.

Zs MMA training consisted of watching a minimum of 3 matches on PPV. This is the considered minimum among most audiences polled at the watering holes around here.

Z DID have MMA training and was physically superior to T in every measurable way except being a few inches shorter than T.
I don't believe for a second that T had any physical advantage over Z at any point during the confrontation and I don't believe Z was in fear for his life at any point either.
This case has actually, in a small way, touched this little 300 home lake community I have my 2nd residence in. I say that because last night I was talking to the head of security and he told me a short story about a "confrontation" he had two days ago. The story was that there was a car driving like a fool and quickly left our community. Well 20 minutes later the car shows back up and security stops him to check his guest pass and inform him that we have a 15mph speed limit here. Security identified himself and the driver got stupid with him. There were three people in the car, all were black. The security is a white male. Well the driver refuses to show him his guest pass, something that is required if you want to enter our property, and tells security to fuck off George Zimmerman. Needless to say his name is not GZ. So it looks like this case may end up being something that nowhere Iowa will even feel the effects of.

I've always felt that had George simply identified himself it would have gone far in diffusing the situation. I think T was frightened to have a creepy ass cracker following him, most people would have been.

Will it be admissible that George is a lying liar? I want the jurors to know that lying comes easy to George. I want them to know that a shit ton of money was donated and that he tried, with his wife's help, to hide it. I want them to know that being honest isn't on George's list of attributes and that he will lie in an attempt to help himself. He can't be trusted to tell the truth.
I have questions, I'd like to know what made George so certain that T didn't belong in that community. It was a dark, rainy night & T had his hood up, George couldn't have known that wasn't T's community. A lot has been said about that hoodie when the fact is only a tard would have been walking in the rain bareheaded when a hood was available. If any of you disagree with that spit it out so I can argue that with you. I want to read why you'd be walking in the rain without the hood up.
Was there something preventing George from pulling up beside T and asking questions, maybe asking T if he needed assistance or asking if there were a problem or even identifying himself as NW? Is there any chance at all of George taking responsibility for the way this played out, it is his fault after all, George's actions are what caused this to snowball and I'd very much like to hear why he choose to go about it the way he did.
