I see from the bank records that the Zimm's were hiding on the DelMarVa penninsula.
I do believe George is going to be fucked at his trial.

SANFORD --

Judge Kenneth Lester could decide as early as Monday if George Zimmerman will wait for his murder trial behind bars or free on bond.

The judge ended a lengthy bond hearing Friday without ruling, saying he needed more time to go through all the new evidence presented before making a decision.

Zimmerman has Florida law against him when it comes to getting out of jail.

Florida statute 903.035 states:

903.035 Applications for bail; information provided; hearing on application for modification; penalty for providing false or misleading information or omitting material information.—(1)(a) All information provided by a defendant, in connection with any application for or attempt to secure bail, to any court, court personnel, or individual soliciting or recording such information for the purpose of evaluating eligibility for, or securing, bail for the defendant, under circumstances such that the defendant knew or should have known that the information was to be used in connection with an application for bail, shall be accurate, truthful, and complete without omissions to the best knowledge of the defendant.
(b) The failure to comply with the provisions of paragraph (a) may result in the revocation or modification of bail.

Legal analyst Alicia Adamson said being a flight risk or a danger to the community is also taken into consideration. However, that’s not all.

“There is a third issue to granting a bond, which is persevering judicial integrity,” Adamson said. “I think that by George Zimmerman misleading the court, the judicial integrity has been compromised. That along with the fact that the information when requesting a bond should be truthful, should be complete and should not have any omissions, so I think that the judge is going to have to evaluate whether or not he felt that the excuse given by Zimmerman’s lawyer would suffice.”

Zimmerman’s defense team said their client was “confused and afraid.”

Denying Zimmerman’s bond request means he will remain in jail until his case is ready for the next phase.

Attorney Mark O’Mara said his case may not be ready until 2013.
SANFORD – The judge in George Zimmerman's second-degree murder case said Tuesday that he expects to rule Thursday on whether to release the defendant or keep him locked up in the Seminole County Jail.

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. made the announcement at the close of his afternoon court session.

He has begun drafting the order, he told the nearly-empty courtroom, and expects to file it Thursday.
judge just set bond at 1 million. i'll be back when i have details. 10% will do it.
Isn't that the same bond he had before?

no, first bond was $150K cash.
Included in the judge's order, if Zimmerman is released on bond, he will have to obey certain conditions.

He will refrain from criminal activity
He is not allowed to have any contact with victim's family
He will have electronic monitoring
He will not be able to leave Seminole County without authorization
He will have to check into officials every 48 hours
He will not be able to enter Orlando-Sanford International Airport property
He will not be able to open or maintain a bank account
He is not allowed to drink alcohol
He will have to obey a curfew between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
He will not be able to apply for or obtain a passport
So his bond actually got reduced because he lied and had more money to pay a bond with?

What the hell is wrong with our judicial system?
bond is his right. despite the perjury! you can see lots of conditions. ^
1 million is high for 2nd degree charge. 1st degree is no bond.

but just wait. next O'Mara will ask for a stand your ground hearing and this case could be thrown out before it goes to trial.
I see no favorable SYG ruling in Zimmerman's future. But, I would like to see him take the stand and explain away how Trayvon's body and the bullet casing ended up two townhomes away from where Zimm got knocked flat on his back with one punch to the nose.

I didn't know this!

source? i don't recall that detail.
I saw the photo of Trayvon's body laying in the grass, with a cover over it awaiting the ME. It was two townhomes away from the spot where Zimm says Trayvon said "Yo, you got a problem, Homie?".

There is also a map included in the documents where Zimm put an x where he says he was confronted by Trayvon. And punched to the ground.

But, I'm sure if Zimm takes the stand to claim immunity he will be able to explain why he chased Trayvon about 50 feet south of where the initial encountered happened.
O'Mara begging for $$$

For those who have given in the past, for those who have thought about giving, for those who feel Mr. Zimmerman was justified in his actions, for those who feel they would do the same if they were in Mr. Zimmerman's shoes, for those that think Mr. Zimmerman has been treated unfairly by the media, for those who feel Mr. Zimmerman has been falsely accused as a racist, for those who feel this case is an affront to their constitutional rights -- now is the time to show your support.

because Z already owes out $40k to lawyer, and paying the $100K for bond will wipe out his funds. boo fucking hoo.

judge today ordered George Zimmerman, the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who shot and killed Trayvon Martin, released on $1 million bail but called him a manipulator and said it appeared the defendant had been preparing to flee the country.
$$$$

While Mr. Zimmerman has been in jail awaiting his bond hearing, donations to the George Zimmerman Legal Defense fund have significantly decreased Crying-into-tissue . Supporters have told us they were concerned that the Court would set such a high bond that getting George out of jail could risk wiping out the entire defense account. It appears that they were right. However, George needs an aggressive defense and to help with that he also needs to be out of jail with his wife and family assisting his legal team.

Now that statement isn't the least bit prejudicial at all, is it? No doubt in my mind that a fair trial is definitely in this man's immediate future.
