The blood spatter analysis should be very interesting and is not nearly as subjective as the voice analysis. I disagree with HLN talking heads and think that how strongly the forensic evidence supports or contradicts Zimmerman's (initial) version of events will decide the verdict in this case.
Being there were no eyewitnesses and Trayvon is dead, I don't think there's any tangible evidence that can tell us who was the initial physical aggressor. But, I do think the forensic evidence will be what enables the jury to determine beyond reasonable doubt whether or not Zimmerman is lying (not about the stuff we already know he lied about, but about the altercation with Trayvon).

If the appeals court agrees with the defense that the Martin family attorney can be subjected to a deposition, then Zimmerman will probably get his continuance. Should know by this Friday.

Defense attorneys have just released scores of new photos as they prepare for the George Zimmerman second-degree murder trial, including new photos of the clothes he and Trayvon Martin wore the night they got into a fight and Zimmerman killed the teenager.
Five of the photos show Trayvon about an hour before the shooting as the 17-year-old bought Skittles and a soft drink at a 7-Eleven.
Some of the photos appear to support Zimmerman's claim of self-defense. For example, photos taken at the Sanford police station that night after he's been cleaned up by paramedics show a cut across the bridge of his nose and several areas of redness – perhaps abrasions - on the back and sides of his head. One of the right side of his head, shows six areas of discoloration.
But police close-ups of Zimmerman's hands show no evidence of cuts or scrapes, something you might expect on someone who had just been in a fight.
Among the new photos are two that show Zimmerman in cap and gown at a graduation ceremony at Seminole State College. School records show that although he went through the ceremony, he did not graduate because he failed an astronomy class in the fall of 2011.

He was pursuing a two-year degree in criminal justice. Zimmerman was taking three courses at the time of Trayvon's death, but school officials kicked him out after the shooting, citing safety concerns.
Defense attorney Mark O'Mara did not release several of the photos he notified prosecutors that he might use. That's because of Florida privacy laws, but they include a half dozen autopsy photos of Trayvon plus 17 taken of him at the scene of the shooting.
The defense disclosure also includes video from several television news broadcasts, including those in which witnesses were interviewed.

Those Treepers are certifiable. But, the Zimmerman Klan thinks they are onto something. And so does attorney West. His courtroom arguments are all based on Treeper ideology. Bunch of tea party crazies is what they are.
