WOW! pissed off judge revoked Z bond! he has 48 hours to turn himself in!

A judge has revoked George Zimmerman's bond.

In a motion heard in court today, the State Attorney’s Office says Zimmerman had two passports, but only surrendered one, and more money than originally thought.

Prosecutor Bernie De La Rionda said George Zimmerman's wife, Shelly, lied to the court. The motion lists transcripts of phone conversations between Zimmerman and his wife from jail in which they talked about his passport and financial circumstances.

You could tell where this was going when the judge told O'mara that he could handle this on the fly and looked down to quote what he considered was being violated. He was so pissed. I'm glad his ass is going back to jail, he obviously doesn't feel he has to follow any of the rules. I now want to hear the tapes, will we be able to hear them?
what tapes? between Z and his wife? i hope so after judge reviews.

and Z wife COULD possibly be charged with perjury and contempt!

SANFORD, Fla. -

A judge ruled on Friday that more evidence will be reviewed, redacted and released in the case against George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watchman who is charged with shooting and killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in February.

Prosecutors want to block the release of the new evidence, including statements Zimmerman made to police, pictures of the crime scene, names of witnesses and cellphone records. Prosecutors say Zimmerman's statements are inconsistent.

Judge Kenneth Lester said the law "favors full, complete and open disclosure." Lester said he will "review, redact and release items in question."
It's not clear when the evidence will be released.

Oh my!

Hmmmm, I want to see the evidence but I don't want the prosecution's case harmed by its release. Interesting.

before the hearing today O'Mara said this may not go to trial until 2013. i'll bet he tries to speed that up if Z is going to sit in jail until then. he said he had to review huge amt. state's evidence (discovery) and depose 50 witnesses.

Have they scheduled a hearing to determine if it even goes to trial (under stand your ground)?

immunity hearing. not scheduled yet. yep, that could get case thrown out.

and O'Mara WILL try to get bond reinstated.

O'Mara said Friday on a website that he doesn't expect the case to be ready for trial until next year.

O'Mara said he expects to call on 50 witnesses who need to be deposed before he decides whether to file a "stand your ground" motion which would ask for a hearing before a judge without a jury. At the hearing, Zimmerman would argue self-defense under the Florida law which gives wide latitude to use deadly force rather than retreat in a fight if people believe they are in danger of being killed or seriously injured.

Sorry for not being more clear and taking so long to get back had to run some errands. The jail house tapes that the state says they have between Zimmerman and his wife. The state says they have one tape conversations between the two were they clearly are talking about the funds in the Paypal account so she knew about the money. They were talking in code about it thinking the cops wouldn't be able to figure it out and that if the bond was over "15" that she should just pay it. They were talking in code knowing the conversations were being recorded and he brought this up too. These were his words not mine. There were conversations about moving the money around (i can't remember if moving the money around was talked about a couple of times or if it was talked about moving the money a couple of places) among others according to the state. I'm very interesting to hear the conversations to see how they talked and definitely feel that if she lied about this straight to the court and to people's faces and did he what else can they lie about.

I also didn't trim this because it has a picture and i didn't want to mess this up - i'll admit this, sorry!
What a dummy. As if no one was going to find out.

IF he is convicted he will no doubt fave revocation of his CCP along with jail time, fines and all that. If he is not convicted then he will most likely have his CCP reinstated (not guilty, didn't do it, innocent), IF it has in fact been suspended.
T was an idiot, and IF Z did in fact tell T that he was neighborhood watch while T was despensing the ass whooping Z got, I seriously doubt T would have listened to or respected that declaration.
The Law may concider T to have been unarmed, it also does not require an attacker to be armed with a conventional weapon during an attack to justify use of deadly force. Fists and feet can be used to inflict grevious bodily harm and reasonable fear of imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony.
Last note, Z is innocent until proven guilty, his CCP should not be revoked until that is decided.

You stated that Martin was "far from ... unarmed."

You were wrong. Now you try to cover your mistake by substituting helpless or not dangerous for the meaning of the word of "unarmed".

Use the words of the English language as they are defined, not as you happen to want them to be interpreted at the moment.

Also, you clearly either did not read my post to Sterling or can't add 1 and 1 together.

Let me help you.

My original post was "BTW: At least we can be sure he'll lose his CCP". Take a minute and check this. This is where the discussion started.

I told Sterling not to waste his breath arguing the difference between suspended and revoked.

One either has or does not have a CCP.

(Follow me closely here and pay attention - this is the tricky part).

If one used to have a CCP and no longer has one, HE'S LOST HIS CCP.

Just about everything else that you posted is baseless, hot air opinion. They are unworthy of me wasting my time addressing, except that I note you ASSUME that there is no provision in Florida for a Judge to review the totality of the circumstances and exercise discretion in revoking someone's CCP (BIG mistake - if there's ANYTHING judges have, its shitloads of discretion).

Having come to the conclusion that you are even less bright than I thought, I believe we're about done.

In closing, in the spirit of contributing to Mock and good fellowship, I suggest that you quit before you get even further behind. Your inability to stay on topic makes you look ridiculous.

P.S. You absolutely MUST learn how to spell. Your posts are an affront to the educated.
And O'Mara wants to kind of try and excuse it by saying that Zimmerman is just a foolish 28 year old. Having no experience with law and the court system. O'Mara is acting like fucking tool.

The Seminole County Jail prepares barricades after Zimmerman is ordered to turn himself in within 48 hours after a judge revoked his bond.
Those inmates look happy to be working so hard. I'm sure they'll arrange George a nice welcome.
Poor George. Lying and scheming with his wife. Maybe he's not the innocent neighborhood watch dog he purports to be.
Makes me rethink what that money went to from the Paypal account. It was 55k right and they said misc. living expenses??? I don't know if I believe them now. I'd like to know what they call living expenses.
Z has until 3 PM sunday to surrender. if he's smart he'll turn himself in at booking in the middle of the night. although i'm sure some news outlets are camped at the barricades.

i think he could surrender at another facility. then they could transport him at their convenience.
Yup, it very well could be squirreled away somewhere. Someone should check Shelly's bra. From the photos I have seen, her bosom is ample enough to obscure a few grand.

What drama! And what an asshole Zimmerman is to think that he can get away with misleading the court. Still not buying the 2nd passport story, it stinks. WTF was he and his wife thinking?
God, I am so sick of this story.

Why does it matter how much money Z had in a PayPal acct? Isn't he INNOCENT until proven guilty? Shouldn't his assets belong to him?
