hah

She's disgusted she got caught. Do you think she blames George? *snicker*

On one of those prior NE911 calls, I did hear her chide George to not go outside, or don't go out there, or get your fat ass back inside . Something like that. So Shellie is no shrinking violet. So yeah, she is probably pissed the fuck off that George murdered Trayvon. But, she is standing by her man. And the money is not bad. I read that she had it stashed in a safe deposit box, along with a valid passport. Stupid George. What the fuck was he thinking?
she's already bonded out.

Investigators said the records showed that Shellie transferred more than $74,000 from George’s account to hers.

It was in recorded phone calls between George and Shellie, while he was in jail, that officials heard them discuss their finances and the transferring of money, investigators said.

(CNN) -- A judge has ordered the release of additional evidence in the Trayvon Martin case, including an autopsy report, photographs of the crime scene and details of what George Zimmerman said to police the night he shot the Florida teen.

Attorneys for Zimmerman had argued that his conversations with Sanford, Florida, police the night of the February 26 shooting should not be made public under a state law dealing with "the substance of a confession of a person arrested," but Circuit Judge Kenneth R. Lester Jr. ruled Tuesday that the law did not apply.

"The only element conceded by the defendant is that he shot and killed the victim, but he does not concede any other elements of second-degree murder. ... Since the defendant admitted at his bond hearing that he shot the victim, disclosure of those statements will not impact the defendant's right to a fair trial," Lester said in a written order. His ruling was in response to media requests for the release of more information in the case.
O'Mara is going to sit on all this stuff as long as he can, he says it will take him a month to review it before public release. (per judge's order)
i really want to see autopsy report.

SANFORD -
George Zimmerman's defense team received another batch of discovery evidence from state prosecutors, and they should be released to the public soon.

Defense attorney Mark O'Mara confirmed the delivery early Friday on his website for Zimmerman's case. According to O'Mara, the defense received seven CDs and hundreds of pages of new documents.

"It includes surveillance video, police radio transmissions, crime scene photos, 911 calls Mr. Zimmerman made prior to the night of the shooting, and more," said O'Mara. "The documents include a crime scene diagram and additional reports from the Sanford Police Department, FDLE and the FBI."

Witnesses include the owner of the Shoot Straight gun shop and shooting range.

The cell phone records of Trayvon Martin’s father, Zimmerman's MySpace account, and emails from Zimmerman and former Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee.

It’s the latest tip to the iceberg of evidence the state will be presenting against Zimmerman, who is charged with second-degree murder in Martin's death.

The second round of discovery from prosecutors out of Jacksonville will begin to flow Monday morning.

The first to be released will reveal 151 jailhouse phone calls to Zimmerman.

However, late Friday afternoon, O’Mara notified he would be filing a motion to block all but six of the phone calls.

All in all, seven compact discs and hundreds of pages of documents are set to be released by the state in a redacted version.

Friday was exactly one month since O’Mara received the first round of evidence in the case against his client, the self-professed shooter of Martin.

It’s expected that the state will have to re-release redacted information from the original round of discovery per an order from Judge Kenneth Lester.

It was revealed Thursday night that O'Mara will use Zimmerman's bond agents for his upcoming hearing, which is scheduled for Friday, June 29.

Employees from Magic Bail Bonds are expected to vouch for Zimmerman's behavior as he fights to get out of jail yet again.
HUH? they better be good.

ORLANDO --

New information is expected to be released in the Case Against George Zimmerman Monday.

The State Attorney's Office announced Friday that six jailhouse phone calls involving Zimmerman will be released.

Originally, 151 jailhouse calls were to be made public.

ORLANDO

Six jailhouse phone calls George Zimmerman made to his wife Shellie were released Monday.

They’re the tapes that ultimately landed Zimmerman back in jail.

It's during these calls that the prosecution believed Zimmerman and his wife lied to the judge about how much money they had.

On a phone call from April 16, the couple spoke about money in an account.

The prosecution alleges Zimmerman and his wife were using code.

According to the state, $100 was actually code for $100,000, and so on.

ZIMMERMAN: In my account, do I have at least $100?
WOMAN: (inaudible) deposited (inaudible) at least $100? (background conversation) No.
ZIMMERMAN: How, how, how close am I?
WOMAN: There’s like $8
BACKGROUND VOICE: $8.60
ZIMMERMAN: Really?
WOMAN: $8.00 and like 60 cents or something.
ZIMMERMAN: Humph. I thought you said there was like (inaudible) total?
WOMAN: Uh-uh, no, Kevin voided it.
ZIMMERMAN: Oh, okay, so total, everything, how much are we looking at?
WOMAN: Um, like $155.

Along with conversations about money, transferring and taking out cash, they also spoke about feedback from Zimmerman’s supporters.

At one point, Zimmerman said his attorney needs to get these people who are rallying behind him to “vocalize.”

We have a team of reporters and producers digging though these phone calls, and will bring you much more as soon as we get it.
continued from previous post.

oh yeah. clear perjury.

In the calls, Zimmerman makes repeated reference to "Peter Pan", which seems to be a code name for PayPal.

Prosecutors allege the couple had access to at least $130,000 in mid-April, just before Zimmerman was freed from the Seminole County Jail on $150,000 bond.

The couple's bank statements were also released this morning. They show numerous transfers between the PayPal account, George Zimmerman's bank account and his wife's account.

The posted transfers from PayPal to Zimmerman's account begin April 9 with two small transfers. On April 12, records show one transfer of $5,880, followed by seven transfers of $9,900.

One such transfer was posted the day before Zimmerman's April 20 bond hearing. Three more are dated April 23, the day he was released from the Seminole County jail.

On April 16, the same time prosecutors say the Zimmermans were talking in code on the phone about money transfers, records show numerous transfers out of Zimmerman's account.

Bank records show the couple was careful to keep the transfers under $10,000. Several transfers were in the amounts of $9,990 or $9,999.

The calls released by prosecutors document Zimmerman's instructions for money transfers, but they also reveal him to be calm, confident and patient.

Neither he nor his wife say anything angry, ugly or racist. They make no references to Trayvon Martin or to the criminal charge Zimmerman faces – second-degree murder.

He does not complain about being in jail or its conditions.

In a call April 12, the day after his arrest, Zimmerman says he is thrilled by all the money and support his website has generated.

I listened. Still can't get over how much $$$ Zimmerman raked in. Shellie was so happy that her cutie finally had a BM on the 16th.
She sounded very proud of him.
another casualty.

(CNN) -- Sanford, Florida, Police Chief Bill Lee, who drew criticism for his department's actions in the Trayvon Martin case, was fired Wednesday.

"After much thoughtful discussion and deep consideration for the issues facing the city of Sanford, I have determined the police chief needs to have the trust and respect of the elected officials and the confidence of the entire community," City Manager Norton Bonaparte said in a news release.

"We need to move forward with a police chief that all the citizens of Sanford can support. I have come to this decision in light of the escalating divisiveness that has taken hold of the city."

Lee will receive a three-month severance and a week's salary in addition to any earned time off.

As a search for Lee's replacement is carried out, interim Chief Richard W. Myers will remain on the job.

Lee had submitted a resignation letter in April that said he was stepping down, but city commissioners voted not to accept it.

In March, he had said he was stepping down temporarily in the wake of the public furor over the failure of the police to arrest George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who has said his shooting of Martin on February 26 was an act of self-defense.

In the first call, Trayvon Martin's father, Tracy Martin, calls police at 8:39 a.m. asking to file a missing persons report, which typically would not be accepted until 24 hours after a person has been discovered missing. "It hasn't really been 24 hours," he tells the police dispatcher. "But I'm from Miami and my son's up here with me ... he don't know anybody up here."

more docs released last night.
orlando sentinel is reviewing them:

The evidence was released through the website Zimmerman's attorneys set up for their client, Gzlegalcase.com.

Hours after the shooting, Sanford Police Det. Chris Serino does most of the talking during an interview with Zimmerman where he tries to get a full picture of what happened.

He says things like "You saw a suspicious person, you called the police, you followed him," and then this exchange:

"He mounted you basically, and he started to beat upon you?" Serino asked.

"Yes sir," Zimmerman replied.

"At what point did you draw your weapon?"

"After he hit my head against the concrete several times, uh, I yelled out for help," Zimmerman said.

"Who yelled out for help?" Serino asked.

"I did. And he tried to smother my mouth and my nose. When he did that I tried to slide out and squirm and I realized my shirt came up and I felt him slide his hand toward my right side, and he said 'you're gonna die, (expletive),'" Zimmerman said.

Serino: "So he was going for your gun?"

"Yes sir."

Serino asks about the gun and ammunition.

"I think it was hollow point," Zimmerman said.

"What happened then?"

"I shot him."

Zimmerman says he was on top of Trayvon after he shot him and spread Trayvon's hands away from his body because the teenager was still talking.

"You're gonna have anxiety over this and nightmares and everything else, so you're probably gonna have a hard time with this whole thing," Serino said. "I'm here for that."

"He told me he was gonna kill me," Zimmerman said at the end of the six-minute recording.

"Exactly, he said he was gonna kill you," Serino said.

Check back for updates.
Thanks LC! Looks like the gzlegal site crashed.

So if one had a side holster, which side would it be worn on when considering right-handed/left-handed?

lengthy article here. police have said he missed 2 chances to ID himself to Martin.

http://www.cnn.com/2012/06/27/justice/fl...?hpt=hp_t2

he will have a new bond hearing friday.
i don't know if he is being charged with perjury like his wife.
Zimmerman was once fined $10,000 in a federal civil lawsuit because he was a no-show at his own deposition, The Miami Herald has learned. Records show lawyers, including one who flew in from Atlanta to take Zimmerman’s sworn statement, waited for him for an hour and a half while they tried unsuccessfully to reach him.

Zimmerman ultimately won the overtime-pay dispute in arbitration, but the arbitrator hit him with a fine he apparently never paid. Nothing in the court file explained why he missed the deposition.

The first thought Zimmerman had after he shot Trayvon was to restrain him? Really? That tells me that Zimmerman's intent from the beginning of the chase was to restrain Trayvon. And George just stayed on-track. Could that be a result of the meds that Zimm takes for ADHD?

Learn about attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
ADHD is a chronic neurobehavioral syndrome that manifests as inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity. Without hyperactivity, the disorder is called ADD. People with ADHD tend to overlook details and miss information. The condition affects up to 10% of the U.S. population.
