Snowball is about 6 inches under now with a little cross on his grave. God will be happy. Good thing my dog isn't a digger. My daughter knows. She was a little sad but they had mostly stopped playing with the pigs a year or so ago. I don't know if it's true for all guinea pigs but ours didn't really snuggle, they just froze in terror when held just waiting until they would get put back in their cage. I remember one morning I found Rambo sitting on our guestroom bed. My daughter had put him there the night before and he pretty much hadn't moved an inch all night.

Hamsters are nasty little fuckers. They bite! We had a hamster from hell before we traded up to the two guinea pigs.

I'm ordering my car. Black MDX with running boards and roof racks. Question, the running boards have a little bit of silver in them (although I chose the "advanced" boards that aren't all silver/look a little more sleek). Would you get silver or black roof racks? The guy I'm buying through (and my husband) prefer silver but I'm debating. Here's the car with what I think are the same running boards I'm getting but with black roof racks. Whaddya' think? balance it out with silver on top. Can you get pic of model with silver on rack? I think you have to do the black interior, however,
black absorbs heat more so would be hot in summer. Might burn your butt!

BB, the guy who is going to do the negotiating for me said the same thing about balancing the bottom with the top. I think I'm going to stick with the silver top. If nothing else, it might help me pick my car out in a parking lot.

I got a shiny new car a couple weeks ago, it's not that grand but I love it, it will do for now, until I win the lotto and can afford my range rover for day to day and my aston martin for special occasions.

I got up almost 2 hours late today and it fucked up my whole day. Christ I hate it when I oversleep.

Depends what part of the country you're in to really be comfortable. Both my cars have heated seat feature. Both cars have ivory color interiors, however one car is in NE, & the other one is in FL. The car in FL also has the cooling seat feature, and you do burn your butt for the first minute or so, (especially with shorts on) when you first sit down on a sweltering car seat before cooling starts to kick in. "Black" seats would/do only intensify the situation. Used to have Black, never again, and it's dreary looking inside, light color cheery looking. JIMO.

My audi has black leather interior and I love it. But I have two boys active in sports, and they trod in half a field of mud on their person at any given time. Its easy to clean and easier to hide. I, too, have heated seats, front and back and wont trade them for anything. What I'm not crazy about are the red dash lights. I associate red on the dash with something being wrong. Its taking a lot to get used to.

What year Audi do you have Lucy?

Its a 99, old, but had less miles on it than my newer avenger. I bought it from friends and they took exceptional care of it. Sometimes, when my back hurts very bad, I go out and sit in the car, the heated seats include full back, not just seat.

I know I am going to miss my heated seats when it gets cold here. But I hated leather seats in the summer.
