By the way Sally, it's not a pitbull, it's a boxer. The dog was killed, buried alive.

I have a pit too and despite me trying to socialize her with other animals since she was a puppy she has attacked several of my neighbors pets. So between that and having a baby unexpectedly I moved her to my husbands warehouse. She's very friendly with people, but I wouldn't trust her around an infant.

I know too many people that had well behaved pitbulls that just snapped for no apparent reason. There is something that triggers those dogs and no one knows why, it doesn't matter how they were raised. So while I think they can make good pets I would be wary of them around small children.

I disagree all the pits I have ever known have never snapped, the only ones that did had bad rasings just my 0.02

Yes, that's why I never posted links in the first place. I wish I had never seen them.

Anyway, those diehard GI Joe animal lovers are after this guy. He has gone into hiding. The facebook one, there is all these threats. He had to shut down his own facebook. That animal was gorgeous looking.

I remember that, they saved it though.

Every year starting about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, more than the usual number of clients start to decline and end up sick, in the hospital or worse. Same thing through the last 7 holiday seasons. Goes on through New Year's Day. Very sad for them and their families and the phone rings here at all hours consistently.

I was hoping this year would be different, but it started last night. Not sure what it is about the holiday season, but gettin' prepared.
