I think the difference might be a group policy vs. an individual policy.
I an paying 40% of 17,888.00 but I still think thats alot. HOTD is probably paying the entire amount. I can see companies paying less of the split in the future. Sorry for any confusion.

the tintappers are doing it ok over here. Major skills shortage. Just about anyone with a trade can get work for good money if they want it.

j/k. It took about 45 minutes but I got it done. I don't wanna get the flu.
It's cherry season and not far from where I live is a big cherry growing area. I pulled up at a roadside stall and they had the freshest, biggest red cherries I've ever seen, picked that morning. I came home with a 5 kilo box and a couple of cherry pies.
