Has anyone seen the picture currently circulating regarding a man in Chile punching a dog? I have just seen it. It is very disturbing. I have deliberately not put anything up about it because I feel it would really upset people. I wish that it hadn't been shown to me. Horrible evil people in the world.

I don't know who you are talking about Sally. But it is a pretty traumatising picture and I hope the guy is brought to justice. I have no doubt if he was in the USA he would get USA justice. But he is in Chile, I am thinking the animals rights are not respected as much.
