User, why do you have to wait so long to find out if she has insurance? Did you report this to your insurance? If yes, they should be investigating this and finding out who her insurance company is. Then either you or your adjuster needs to make sure it was reported to that carrier.

I won't even know her name until I get the police report. Except for telling her I needed her insurance, she had hit my car and she needed to park hers, I didn't have any conversation with her. I was on the phone with the cops after that while she spent the next 3-4 minutes careening around the parking lot hitting the other car. I followed her but the police dispatcher said "m'am, we don't need you to do that" which was probably good advice since she was armed to the teeth with a minivan. If I'd been packing my gun, I would have shot the nigger but alas....
Then the police arrived and they took over.
BTW, she wasn't black; I just put that in there for effect.

This is the last time I am going to ask you this - did you report the mva to YOUR insurance? If not, do so now. They should be taking care of all of this for you.
