Believe me...there is no safe. Jeff told me after the murders that the police told him that they, "think they were looking for a safe they thought we had." Not "looking for OUR safe"; "looking for A safe". I don't think he would have said A safe if it existed. I said to Jeff, "I didn't know you had a safe." And he replied, "We don't. if i said ''they have lots of money'' that is not what i meant i apologize for that ... what i would mean by that ... is by the looks of there house its very nice and looks like they would have money , and yes going on their trip would mean that there would be money involved.

incident on Friday, April 20, 2012 where one, Maytee
Clark, the mother of the homicide victim Johnny Clark,
created an incident on the fourth floor of the courthouse
as well as an separate incident with the victim's witness
advocate.

It appears that Maytee Clark cannot conduct herself with
any self control and could cause problems during the
course of this trial. All family members were previously
warned concerning this conduct while in the courthouse.

It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED the one
Maytee Clark shall be banned from any proceedings in State
of Ohio v. Cameo Pettaway conducted in courtroom 5 on May
29, 2012 and courtroom #2 thereafter.
