TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Sam Williams was indicted by a grand jury for the murders of Johnny Clarke, 21, and Lisa Straub, 20, in January.
Williams was charged with two counts of aggravated murder, one count of aggravated burglary and two counts of kidnapping.
This is a death-penalty case.
Straub and Clarke were found dead in the home of Straub's parents. The two had their wrists bound with duct tape and plastic bags covering their heads.
Both families have maintained the murders were not random acts of violence.
AS HE SHOULD!
and of course whomever else is involved.
I see not a one of you has behaved while i was away swillin' the devil juice in broad daylight.
damn the lot of you. I hope your pantoons leak at most inopportune times.
also, the gorilla was framed.
He must have a big freaking part in this murder and have alot of evidence on this ass wipe or they wouldn't be going for the death penalty, they wouldn't risk losing the case IMO if they didn't think they could get the death penalty..
Prima, Do we ever behave?
That is a lot to expect!

There's quite a bit of time before a trial gets underway.
Don't be so sure this will ultimately be tried as a DP case.
Or tried at all.

I doubt they've arrested all involved parties yet.

You're everything good that she is not & that alone almost assures that you will be the next one publicly attacked with her exceedingly poor grasp of the English language.
Sorry, Duchess.
The crazy, self-centered, blaming bitch obviously got scared and deleted her posts.
I never knew she harbored such disdain for those serving in uniform.
Maybe it's due to the fact Johnny couldn't get a "morals waiver" since he was a convicted thug.
Wow!
Hard to believe Maytee would not want our men and women in uniform to come home safely.
Truly heartless . . . and very telling.
Did she wish harm on Cracker's son?

I agree somewhat with Blue Tiki here, I am waiting to find out who was the mastermind of this terrible crime, someone stated Williams isn't too bright.

Her nastiness and attack reached a new low.
Just another round of "Maytee Limbo". How low can I go?
The fact she removed the posts tells me she's scared shitless.
And should be.
BTW - I didn't post them because it had NOTHING to do with the crimes.
Just Maytee being a hateful cunt and lashing out.
nobody has announced that death penalty will be sought. that was very poor reporting.
he was indicted by Grand Jury as expected.
there is a long way to go in the process.
Here's a question:
How much of the $50,000 in reward money was donated by the Clarkes?
It appears the Straubs have $20,000 at their disposal.
I can see, if the Clarkes threw nothing into the kitty except peanuts, why Maytee snipes at them in such a cowardly fashion.
It comes back around to greed and envy.

A shot of the video arraignment of Samuel Todd Williams, 24, in Sylvania Municipal Court by Judge M. Scott Ramey. THE BLADE/LORI KING Enlarge | Photo Reprints The Toledo man charged in the double slaying of a couple in a Springfield Township home last winter COULD face the death penalty, according to the indictment released by the Lucas County grand jury Friday.
Samuel Williams, 24, was charged with two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of kidnapping, and one count of burglary. Attached to the charges were death penalty specifications, specifically that two or more victims were killed and that the deaths occurred during the commission of another felony.
Mr. Williams is charged in the Jan. 31 slaying of Lisa Straub, 20, who, with her boyfriend, Johnny Clarke, 21, was found dead in her parents’ LongÂacre Lane home. He remains in custody at the Lucas County jail in lieu of a $5 million bond.
Both were found bound with bags over their heads.
The families of both victims had asked that the case be presented as a death penalty case. Jeff Lingo, chief of the criminal division for the county prosecutor’s office, said that only the evidence of the crime was presented to the grand jury for consideration.
