Thank you so much...there's a lot if info there that we didn't touch on before, or skimmed over. How would we go about finding a transcript of the actual trial? Would that be online too or do we gave to call the court and pay for a copy?

Ok...thank you so much. I've followed this murder and trial from day 1. Maytee was on my alt. Fb acct so I knew the day it happened and that's how I found mock, by googling info about the murders. There is a lot of info here...I just thought it would be nice to read the word for word from the source rather than second hand news.

The court transcript for the case is 2,600 pages long. I too would love to see the transcript in one PDF doc accessible on-line at no cost. Unfortunately, though it is a public record that you can obtain, I think you have to order it for a small fee.

I don't know if she has to be served a summons now to appear. Do you think she would willingly march into the court house to be charged? NOT! It's also the weekend do they appear on the weekends she'd have to sit in jail till Monday. I sure miss LC to answer our questions. We know just enough to be dangerous

March 11, 2015 is the latest date for a pre-trial hearing. She won't have to show up until then. Her attorney is one of the slickest and most pricey attorneys in Lucas County.

Jerry Phillips represents most all Toledo Policemen when they get into trouble. He knows the ins and outs of the system. That will not, however, prevent Maytee from getting booked on this charge and having her picture taken in Booking at the county jail when she shows up on 3/11/15.. That's what you all want to see, isn't it ?

Everytime that I see that second picture of her I think that she looks like she has a mouthfull of sperm and is getting ready to swallow.

I could live without seeing another Maytee mugshot, but I will give her credit for not being afraid to try new looks and trends; from mullet to cornrows. The eyebrows never change though.

What I'd really like to see, personally, is the communication between Ramirez and Maytee which led to their arrests. But, I'm not sure that'll be released to the public until the cases are pleaded out or go to trial.

I'm wondering if they've not been charged with attempted murder because that communication indicates that the point was to scare the shit out of Tiffany, rather than to kill her.

Anyway, I don't know how much we'll learn at the 3 / 11 hearing if it doesn't get pushed back again, but it probably won't be much.

Yeah, Maytee won't proactively saunter into the courthouse. But, they know where to find her.

Pretrial Booking Officers are present in the Lucas County Corrections Center 24 hours per day to interview and make release eligibility recommendations and determinations on persons booked on traffic, misdemeanor, and felony charges.

Pretrial Supervision Officers monitor and report to the court on individuals released on qualifying bonds. Supervision services include not only the tracking of defendants’ court dates and monitoring the defendants for compliance with the court’s orders relative to release, but also referral to substance abuse intervention services, community based mental health agencies, urinalysis testing, prohibitions against defendant contact with the victims of offenses, etc.......
