Maytee was obviously in emotional pain, and spent most if not all of the service kneeling at the casket of her son. LE was onhand as well, and provided a police escort to the cemetary, which surprised me. There was to be a reception at a nearby church after the burial from noon-3, according to the printed program.

right right i agree that the first call was requesting a safety check and THEY AGREED TO GO CHECK IT OUT! i thought u said she was frantic bcuz police were not responding to her satisfaction. she wasn't irritated with them yet becuz they hadn't done anything to piss her off yet! It sounds like she didn't get pissed off at the police untill 2^nd 911 call. JMO

Likely because T was on the phone with JC that night and her story doesn't pan out? Also the X couldn't have committed the crime alone. Not to mention, he may have been checked out.

I agree that there had to be at least three intruders in the house, but I am starting to lean towards the belief that the ex-boyfriend may have been one of them, based on his SylMunCt history, the anger issue, and the reports of friends and co-workers of Lisa that he had beaten so bad it couldn't be concealed when she came into work the next day. This character apparently had no compunction about beating her; and killing her may have been the next step, especially when the new boyfriend, his replacement, was with her.

I believe she was going berserk because of the nature of the calls & information she had recieved from those phonecalls. She continually kept repeating "I have a feeling something bad has happened" This is probably due to her sons past criminal activity, the crowd he ran with & possibly his current criminal activity. I don't believe she was going berserk because she knew for FACT exactly what happened. If she had that knowledge, why wait hours out in front of the house with & without police to kick down a door. Why not just go directly there & kick in the door?

She was frantic for different reasons in each call I imagine? Again the reason I suspect she was frantic (as you put it) has to do with the fact that she was told her son sounded like he may be in trouble, and her calls to him were not being answered. Couple this with what she may have been told about T's associations, and there is more than enough reason to be highly concerned.

Edited to add, Maytee may have known about Lisa's X, and had been concerned for that reason as well. IF the X did this, he had to have had a gun in order to control the couple. But, how would the X have known the family was out of town? I think that's a key element.

Pretty sure that Sarita/Sharita, the friend of Tiffanys who called Johnnys mom, gave Maytee Tiffanys number to get the information directly from Tiffany & I seem to recall that Tiffany asked if they wanted her to pick up Johnnys dad to take him over there. It seems to me that neither parent had a vehicle.

Tiff first called sharita who then called Maytee. I can assume that maytee then called Tiff to speak with her directly and I actually think that Maytee states that somewhere. Tiff went to go get Johnny's dad becuz i'm sure Maytee wanted to go but had to stay with her 2 sons at home.

He surely wasn't invited, but with friends of friends it likely was known by a large group of people that a "party" was to take place there that night with no parents around, and with many young people invited to drop in. Which would possibly have infuriated him even more, that LS was enjoying her life with his replacement JC to that extent that they were playing house and even hosting a party together.

And he would have been a valuable ally to the other robbers, as he knew the layout of the entire house.

I wish some new information was released because there is so much info going around it's making me nuts. I now have even more new questions. I am really on the fence about the ex. I figured out who he is and I saw his record, anger mgmt classes ect..and I can see where people would have reason to believe he could be involved but what I don't understand is that he recently started his FB page right? So if your supposed to be one of Lisa's best friends, and what everyone is saying about him beating her and now could be involved in this incident, would you want to be his friend on FB? I wouldn't but yet its happening.

Another thing I find very strange is on a specific FB of somone that most likely is related to Lisa, she becomes a friend sometime between Jan 29^th and Jan 30^th and then at the same time, Maytee becomes a friend. Now, why would Maytee be friends with someone assumbly related to Lisa? Now I noticed she also has become friends with some of Lisas friends recently as well which, I'm chalking up to just wanting to know anything she could. It's just weird to me.

And lastly, does anyone know if she went into the house after her husband found them? I haven't heard anything about the conditions of the home according to her. If I knew my son was in there, nothing would stop me from running in there. I thought in one of the 911 calls she said they (assuming it was the cousin) ran around the house to tell Maytee and that's when Maytee called again..sounding as if she was still outside. Anyone know about that?

Wow! really? I have lived in Toledo and surrounding suburbs all my life and I don't think I have ever seen a police escort. And I have been to more than my share of funerals. I thought the police might be there bcuz so many locals feel that the murders were some how d/t someone that JC had associations with!? LOL (sort of)
