I don't think JC&LS were planning on picking up TW&friends to bring them back to Lisa's place to party. First of all, if they pick them up, then they're going to have to take them home later too. And out of all JC&LS's friends - these are the people they wanted to hang out with? It doesn't sound like they even knew them that well. I'm more likely to believe that if JC&LS were headed over that way, it was to make a delivery - hence, why the scales and baggies were out.

Lastly, LS doesn't seem like they type to be OK with "partying" with an obviously pregnant chick.

By chance I saw his statement 31^st Jan., Facebook wall the name stayed with me looking around Lisa's Facebook and eventually I found out this BD was her ex boyfriend and guess what he has the same friend as Lisa but, none of this is uncommon - so many have 1000 friends even - its really wild. All you can do is make notes jot things down its hard with initials. I do have the initials. Thanks!

I too thought about the pants, in regards to strangulation as well. Because there is some confusion over the fact that LS may have been partially dressed or fully dressed- with that to consider, I wondered too, if she could of been in the process of changing clothes at the time of the attack.

Perhaps someone here can answer the question on the time it takes for evidence to process. My guess is it would depend on the type of evidence- trace, fiber... actual DNA, the amount of DNA available to sample, and the type of testing that will be done on the DNA.

For DNA, they will most likely need to run analysis on the victims as well, and perhaps the family members as well, to determine that it came from an outside source, not identified.
Perhaps another poster as more specifics on the timing of this?

There are also phone records to consider, as I am sure they will be investigating the calls to the victims cell phones, and even the phone records of the people who had calls to, and from, the victims- and cell phone pings could determine a great deal of information, especially in regards to the "friend" who had been on the phone with one of the victims.

One thing of interest, would be her cell phone location at the time she was on the phone with one of the victims, and since she reported that she went to the home, and noticed it was ransacked, I would imagine they would want to look at the cell phone pings, to determine, if and when, that in fact happened. Regretfully, I have no idea how long it would take to collect this type of cell phone information, anyone know more about this?

Just want to hit on this,because there is a security system doesn't mean it was used.There is a dog or puppy mentioned in this crime.The dog or pup was under the couch? I think.If motion senses were in the house and pet is left loose maybe the security book was being read by johnny and lisa to bypass the sensors,maybe didn't work so they didn't bother to set the alarm.Maybe they didn't feel threatened by anyone so they felt safe to leave it off.Wonder if the dog was tasered or injured could have happened before they came home.I guess LE will look at security history.This is just my thoughts.

First time posting... So bear with me... I live in the area of these murders... And I am surprised how little news we are hearing. Word is there has been an arrest, but I am unable to verify that right now. I don't want to post anything that has not been substantiated. But, will as soon as I hear factual information, I will. I have an opinion on this, as you all do too... But am not comfortable posting it yet...

All of this is just speculation on my part- and its only what I "think" could of happened, but my idea is,that the "friend" if involved in setting a robbery up, called the couple, and needed a ride.Hypothetically speaking- If the victims had stated that they were on their way out the door now, or, that they were leaving in a few minutes, once the call ended, this information could of been relayed, to the person (s) that were going to rob the house- who I imagine would of been parked nearby.

If there was any delay in the victims leaving as quickly as they said they had planned to leave- the killers may have arrived, before they had left, or while they were leaving.

Without knowing the exact plans that were made between the victim, and their 'friend" there is much to speculate, and few facts to look at.

It has been stated that the victim usually changed from her work uniform, right after work- could she of left work later than she was scheduled? That would be interesting to know, but at this point, I have not located anything stating what time she left work, unless there is something I have missed.

So the idea behind that theory, is they may not of been expected to be there, but for whatever reason, had not left the home at the time, the perps expected them to be gone.

Just my thoughts, and I could totally be off the mark.

I believe it was surmised that the key actually went to the security system, if you check back in the posts.

Bottom line is that if TW is innocent of any involvement, she needs to stop playing games and state the REAL reason she was meeting/hanging out/talking to JC that night. I do not think we can blame TW for the way she acts. She is a product of her environment. Of a crappy city that is one of the "most miserable places to live" according to a recent survey.

Just for the record. Toledo is not the horrible city it is portrayed as in the media. There are rough neighborhoods, and great neighborhoods. Some of the nicest areas are in the South End. Plenty of families are raising good, intelligent, law abiding citizens in Toledo. There is no excuse for B&E and armed robbery!!!

I don't want to make this an arguing point, but I will respectfully disagree. I know from experience - growing up in a "REALLY great neighborhood" that was still plagued with drugs and crime. The crime to pay for the drugs mainly. But the lack of oppportunity - jobs and REAL services to help people who are doing drugs, or need work, is what makes Toledo dismal at best. "Little Detroit" is exactly that. I am sorry if that is offensive to people who still live there.
You are right, there is no excuse for armed robbery. It happens everywhere, and it is very sad that it happens every day.
