This is interesting question because a family member is in the legal community here and they have stated that attys here are desperate for money. This is a town that has the U of T law school, so we have WAY to many lawyers for the size of the pop and they are barely eeking out a living with our economy. For those of you that don't know, Toledo was just voted in the top WORST 20 cities to live based on housing continuing to slide, job loss, economic recovery possibilities, etc. When the robberies occurred, these guys were just some more lowlifes that got caught, so to post bond, hire Richardson...SOMEBODY came up with a shitload of cash.

I've done record checks and can find no house or mortgages in either Maytee's name or her husbands name (john P.) I know what street they live on, and it's highly likely with the no mortgage, no address coming up that they are renting...so they didn't put up a house to my knowledge...CASH BABY

I'm lost. Who hired an attorney?

XXXXX But time does exist, despite what you're pursuing. Hence why there's always that doubt in the back of your mind, "What if I don't have enough time for this?"
And the only actual inevitable's in life, are things like death, pain, suffering, s...tress ... No one really pursues those.See More

XXXXX Time is something to help us under stand life better but its just an illusion a life time can go in a blink of an eye
December 18, 2010 at 6:32pm.

475 Entertainment time is nothing more than numbers to put a frame or limit on something, but if u take those numbers away, take away the majority of the sleep that most people use, your life will almost seem as if it is timeless, especially after the sleep ...deprivation kicks in n starts fuckin with you hahahaa, but actually theres exactly 2 people i know that just pursued pain, suffering and death in those exact orders...the 2 punk mutherfuckers who stole my shit, i would never call it a robbery cause they aint rob me or hold a gun to me, they simply stole some shit n took off...even with the fact that i know everything about them, where they do business, all their closest people and even where they sleep...not too smart on their partsSee More

Well isn't this fucking comforting. I empathize w/Maytee because as a parent I could see myself going balistic while these shitbags laid around scratching their balls & eating cheetos.

I like the existential discussion of time with the ever so smooth segue into somebody's going to get murdered for stealing his shit.

hah

Agreed hah hah

It is possible that the house the parents live in was used to post his bond. The house listed on JC's probation record is listed on the Auditors Website to a man and woman with the same last name as the parents. Maybe Grandma or Grandpa?
If this is some sort of pay-back, could it be related to DC?

Good find....but jon richardson wouldn't have taken a "lien" on a house in lieu of payment, just wondering where all 3 of these thugs got the BIG money it took to retain the attys they did.

We're talking about the attys that were hired for JC and his fellow armed robbers when they were busted.

The report titled “Broken Bodies, Broken Minds” estimates 30,000 men and women in custody in Iraq, some in secret facilities operated by the ministries of defense and interior.

The watchdog reported that Iraq’s Central Criminal Court often convicts defendants on the basis of “confessions” clearly obtained under torture.

Accounts of torture collected over the years include “rape and threat of rape, beatings with cables and hosepipes, electric shocks, suspension by the limbs, piercing the body with drills, asphyxiation with plastic bags, removal of toenails with pliers, and breaking of limbs,” Amnesty said.

The term sadist (used by police) comes to mind again.

JC ratted on someone(s) while he was in prison so that he could get released early. Once he got out, he owed someone(s) ~$2,000. Then the hit was ordered.

I'm not implying that there was more than 1 person he ratted out or owed money to, I just forget what the other person told me.

I forgot to add that the rumor included TW setting them up, which isn't anything new.

In your most humble opinion, do you find the rumor source to be credible (to you)?

The person who told me the info? Yes. The person who told me friend the info. I don't know because I don't know them; it was my friends co-worker who told her this info. Both lived and grew up in Springfield and attended Springfield HS (although not LS class, a couple years older).

Doubt it, sorry. Someone knew LS and JC were alone that weekend. The police said robbery gone wrong. I'm betting they know something.
I HIGHLY doubt it was a robbery gone bad, and that is what others around this area seem to think. There was an article in the Toledo Blade today (Link Here) about the rumors and what not going around. LS uncle (the local fireman) does not think it was a robbery gone bad. He said the only room ransacked was the parents bedroom where they were looking for a safe - they pulled out drawers, punched holes in walls looking for a hidden safe, etc; the kitchen was a mess but because of a struggle. They interviewed numerous crime professors/experts who also agree that it was not a robbery gone bad. And that this was a personal murder.

Was JC known to befriend the shooters of DC?

The term sadist (used by police) comes to mind again.

WOW! That is a great find and relevant, I'll bet.

Good find....but jon richardson wouldn't have taken a "lien" on a house in lieu of payment, just wondering where all 3 of these thugs got the BIG money it took to retain the attys they did.

Maybe this will help?

Years ago my husband was involved in a high profile felony case. He made $27 an hour. He didn't ask for a court appointed lawyer, and could have easily afforded any high profile lawyer. He said out of no where he was given a lawyer that he never asked for or paid for. I still see this lawyer on tv for some high profile cases in town. Maybe the case was high profile enough that it happened to them too?
agreed

He said the only room ransacked was the parents bedroom where they were looking for a safe - they pulled out drawers, punched holes in walls looking for a hidden safe, etc; the kitchen was a mess but because of a struggle. I think it could be a combination personal/robbery etc. but a professional hit would have been organized and quick like LC indicated, IMHO. Also, a pro wouldn't likely have been rummaging for a safe. There would have been another form of payment in such a case.

It is possible that the house the parents live in was used to post his bond. The house listed on JC's probation record is listed on the Auditors Website to a man and woman with the same last name as the parents. Maybe Grandma or Grandpa?

A very close friend of mine was a prosecutor who made 40k, now she is a public defender and truly there really is money in the contracts...100k or more, so the State pays them well and they can represent the "not sure what to label them" individuals. While these gentlemen are high profile, they most likely also have some contract with the state that covers their wine and cheese bill tooSmiley_emoticons_smile Take it for what it's worth, but I was shocked at what a defense attorney can make versus a prosecutor, even defending the penniless.

I'm not saying it was a professional hit - a gang leader probably told one of his minions to take care of him (and LS just might have just happened to be there).

SS. When one looks at the photo on the 475 Entertainment FB page and couples that with the "entertainer's" supposed tour in Iraq and his stated history of gang violence, it's difficult not to ponder the possibility. Did at least one person involved, have some formal experience with torture? Some certainly appear to have a fascination with duct tape, violent imagery and plastic bags.

His career in the military may also relate to the bizarre method of murder, if he was involved.

Quote:In a new report on prisoner abuse in Iraq, Amnesty International stressed Tuesday that urgent action was needed to end a “pattern of abuse” in Iraqi detention centers.

Reposting that because I feel it's VERY important. There needs to be a flow chart with all of the connections and a spread sheet showing who was in Iraq or Afghanistan.
