It sounds like they did and, it means fuck all, unless he made a call during those hours, with someone testifying they spoke with him, which never happened. The lack of activity between these two goons (if they usually phone texted a lot - IF) indicates (at least, to me) that they were together and
busy doing something else.

An assistant to the warden at the Toledo Correctional Center in north Toledo confirms that shots were fired in the prison's parking lot just before 5 p.m. Thursday.
According to the assistant, a woman was exiting her car to visit an inmate at the prison when someone opened fire on her. Bullets hit her vehicle as well as a corrections officer's vehicle, but no one was injured.

straub support group now about 30 people gathered off site near the courthouse. shock has worn off but the younger ones (lindsay, cousins, close friends of lisa) having a much harder time, however lindsay did pass around a pic of lisa that she keeps on her phone showing lisa in her apartments kitchen, wearing scrubs from school and holding a half gallon bottle of captain morgan with one leg raised like the captain on the bottle label and a huge, beautiful smile on her face. the lisa WE all knew. made everyone smile and completely changed the mood. so glad jeff, mary beth and lindsay have such a close support group to be with them right now. still waiting on a call from the court. the jury itself will decide how long they meet before deciding a verdict isn't imminent and ask to continue tomorrow. and so we wait...
