yes, they could pick her up anytime on open warrants.
LE must not see her as a flight risk.....If she is knee deep in this wouldn't they have picked her up by now? I don't see LE viewing her with much suspicion.
can someone find out the sheets on the person jc and danny robbed or how jc got out early, word on the streets is the person he snitched on 2 years ago, the father of him just got out of jail and had made a threat to jc 2 years back, so how can we find out who it is? Danny still is on the southside not to sure if they hung out much anymore.
i wouldn't pick her up on mickey-mouse stuff unless i knew she'd be incarcerated for a while. if she bonded on misdemeanors she might flee then, if she were so inclined.

I do talk with maytee often! I am just tryin to help comfort her and be there emotionally for her! =) O and YES losing a child does make u a little crazy! can you find anything on the the the person they robbed, was he a man of honor or a trouble maker? Bowling green is only a 25 min drive last we knew his mom stays on the southside, highland park, words are all over the street with the younger friends, about jc was a snitch, also he owed a few people money just hear say but it makes ya wonder, hopefully dna will give some answers to all of the family so justice can be served. jmo, maytee if involved with the drug game, most likely has some sort of clue to who he owed or who had a problem with him but cant say much in fear of what has already took place. so sad.

As for the term "Niggas" that Tiffany and her gang use, is another example of their ignorance. I would think that term would be offensive to any of us, as it can apply to any ethnicity today. In this case to hispanics such as Tiffany, and her friends; I would like to think most of us here are too intelligent to use that term in expression or quotation. Regarding Tiffany "liking" the "Justice Facebook page for Johnny and Lisa", unless she unliked it recently I too saw on her own facebook page that she liked it. This is what prompted the Moderator of that page to naively ask tiffany to answer questions regarding that night. Of course Tiffany hasn't responded. Tiffany and her boyfriend "AP" messaged several people on that page trying to convince of Tiffany's innocence. AP also made the statement to one poster that the police is questioning T daily, and how unfair he feel this is. As for Tiffany telling what she knows and taking the money and run, she'll have three in tow in addition to the one she's carrying.

Hi Miranda, great seeing you here! I've seen many of your comments regarding Maytee, and I want to say thank you for showing her kindness, love, and support during these sad times.

"Clarke was arrested, along with Daniel St. Clair and Quintwez Sanders, in 2007 for robbing two men at gunpoint in two separate incidents in Toledo when Clarke was 18."

Justice for Johnny Clarke and Lisa Straub Tiffany is the woman who was on the phone with Johnny the night of the murder who heard him say something to the effect of "What are you doing here?", after which the phone apparently dropped and she heard some sort of commotion who repeatedly kept trying to get hold of Johnny and Lisa by texting and calling them.

Justice for Johnny Clarke and Lisa Straub
Many people have dissed her for NOT calling 911 and I'd like an explanation from her.
In hindsight, I'm most certain she wishes she had called immediately. Knowing what she knows now, I am certain she wishes she had. However, and I am going... to defend her, I know countless people who wouldn't have called the cops because of many different reasons:
1.) They have outstanding warrants for their arrest;
2.) They have been raised by parents who taught them never to involve the police in their business;
3.) They know the person is on probation or parole which entitles the police to search their person, residence, vehicle, etc. without a warrant;
4.) They know the person or persons they would be sending the police to check on have drugs in their residence or on their person;
5.) They believe the person is under the influence of an illegal narcotic;
6.) They would be going against the "code" of the gang or people they are affiliated with;
7.) They would make people angry if it became known they were the person who called 911;
8.) They didn't want their name to appear on the sheriff or police department public 911 call log;
9) They were afraid the police would come to their residence to talk to them and they were drunk or under the influence of illegal narcotics;
10.) They weren't certain there was an emergency and didn't want to seem like an idiot for calling the police for nothing, etc. etc. etc.See More

Also, she was waiting for someone to come home and then used their car to drive over to the house. I'm sure she told the people WHY she wanted to borrow the car. Why didn't the people who she borrowed the car from call 911?
