If she did set them up, there could be cell phone records she'd need to explain or what she was doing in the area earlier, and raising the alarm could give her an alibi and also provide alibis for people known to Johnny & Lisa if she heard Johnny speaking to someone he didn't know.

i tend to agree. plus, would she be smart enough to establish her alibi with all of her calls and texts to JC and LS while this was in progress? i have to assume that her story to LE matches their call and text logs and their phone pings. MOST criminals don't put themselves right in the middle of things. instead they try and completely distance themselves from any involvment whatsoever.
They distance themselves unless there's evidence to prove otherwise, that needs to be accounted for.

i agree that this part doesn't totally add up. maybe they didn't realize JC was on the phone? maybe they felt that the caller didn't hear enough to be alarmed enough to call the police? maybe they thought that even if the police were called, it would still probably take them a while to get there, and they wouldn't "do" anything when they got there? or maybe this phone call never happened?
i guess it's possible that the perps were already in the house when JCLS got home, but i'm not leaning that way. i guess it's not too far fetched to think that maybe JCLS weren't activating the alarm system or that the perps somehow knew how to deactivate it.

I don't think she was smart enough to text and call, but I think her friends who are all robbery experts (according to their rap sheets) have been around the block enough to know what needs to happen to establish an alilbi. She was coached. A willing participant, but coached (IMHO).
Bottom line is that if TW is innocent of any involvement, she needs to stop playing games and state the REAL reason she was meeting/hanging out/talking to JC that night. She makes no quams about posting things like "Let him flip a lil money first" on her FB page, and making it very well known that she's ready to "get down" and "beat dat ass" even at 4 months prego. She is thug enough to put her business out there on FB, so why not here. Its not like they can take her kids away or anything. IMO TW was there to buy or sell from JC. If it was a mere business transaction and nothing more, than say so! It will end a lot of confustion and maybe give her a little more credibility since she won't be so worried about trying to fill in the gaps of her story.
I do not think we can blame TW for the way she acts. She is a product of her environment. Of a crappy city that is one of the "most miserable places to live" according to a recent survey.

the tatt says his mothers name, he would get into fights with his mom, just like alot of the 20 and 21 year old kids out here, he lived with maggy the aunt in his younger yrs, his dad did time for the truck bust but did get out early not sure about m but she was said to be in a gang in younger years, word was she was a snitch so someone could have tried to get her back, as for the girl on fb she use to date the jc a few years back but she moved out of state and all they were was friends, i heard she flew back when all this happened, pretty sure she said that to the person on here that met her, i knew her family and they moved 1200 miles away around 3 or 4 yrs ago, so i think jc was only with ls.

from looking at pictures... the tattoo on his right arm says maytee... we were trying to figure out what the tattoo on his left arm said. it looks like jamilette but i can't say with certainty. thanks for the other info Boogy!

Ok, so she was friends w/JC first, but were they "friends" or did they just know one another? Friends shop together, go to the bar together, and have lunch together, etc. None of her pics on FB have JC or LS in them. This girl obviously likes to party and if she was "friends" with them, you would think they would be in at least one of the very many pics she has posted. I'm thinking they were not so much of friends as she would like people to believe. Why is this important? Because she doesn't know LS or the Straubs well enough to feel guilty for the set up or robbery.

i would think that if either of JC's parents were snitches, that they would most likely be the targets of revenge. then again, they say there is nothing worse that losing a child.....
it seems that the perps were almost definitely connected to JC or LS's inner circle and knew about the house-sitting situation, and siezed that opportunity.
also, i think that the late teens/ early 20's years are rampant for craziness and drama. all these kids are finding their way in the world and doing new things and unfortunately some of these things are incredibly horrible things.
i don't think it's right to directly blame video games and violent tv shows and movies, but when you combine them with drugs, poverty, desperation, no regard for decency nor humanity, thugism, eminem wannabe's, etc. and crazy ass shit seems to happen.......
