The tone of Maytee's rants is getting even crazier. I do have pity for her but I really feel sorry for the people around her, she really seems to be losing it.........

LE said in the Toledo Blade it was the most difficult case they've ever had. They said they had 100 pieces of evidence - but, what if they have checked out all the partygoers the night before the murders fingerprints etc., & cleared them, I don't think any of Johnny and Lisa's partygoer friends did this (my opinion only) so did they wear gloves who did this and the LE cannot lift prints off the duct tape or if there are prints none match up in the system. It could be a first time crime!
Just throwing this in here about the bed bath & beyond bags the Straub's didn't have that brand - would we think hoodrats shop there? wouldn't they shop more at Dollar type stores, thrift shops etc., maybe it is not a hoodrat!

that email was a real eye-opener. thanks LC. it changes things up a bit. i do believe that both of them had been kicked out of both homes at some point. I think when the Straubs were going on their trip they did not want Johnny at the house, but I wonder if they didn't want Lisa to be alone either? I doubt the Straubs entrusted them in "house sitting" since Lisa had a habit of throwing parties while they were away. perhaps at this point, they were both staying at maytee's, and they decided to foray to Lisa's place for some alone time? Remember there were cut up baggies and scales there? They probably needed a private place to go to do..whatever it was they were doing with that. Bottom line is I think they were up to no good at that time, and someone(s) knew it.

LC, you and I were looking at the record at the same time. She's had quite a life. I noticed that there were times when bond was required. That would have to mean that at times she was locked up.
Wow. I knew about the drug and robbery charges, but previously missed the two arrests for domestic violence in 1998. Guess Mrs. Clarke doesn't mind going off on family members or strangers. She was threatening to hurt people way before her "grief" excuse.
How many people has this woman pissed off and threatened in her lifetime? The list must be long.

She's got menacing and endangering arrests in 1990 and 1993, along with a slew of charges from 1998 to 2001. Hard to believe it would take the victim of identity theft 11 years to realize it. And, damn near impossible to believe LE would not catch on. Her record looks like that of someone who escalated in her criminal activity and whose criminal attitude posed a threat to her own family too. Identity theft, sure...
