It wouldn't surprise me to see her suffering chest pains or some kind of mental breakdown, something along those lines, in order to be hospitalized. Several months ago someone told me she wasn't above doing something like that (she was doing it at that particular time) and that the powers that be, whoever the hell that is, won't call her bluff by pulling her out of the hospital because they fear a lawsuit. Take it for what it's worth, it was sent to me anonymously.

Looks like the AT&T phone records that Ramirez and the Clarkes wanted excluded from evidence don't contain anything worthy of testimony anyway. They won't be used in the case and the issue is now moot.
Friday, 2/26, will be the pre-trial hearing to determine if Big John is awarded funds for expert witnesses and the like. As noted in ButterflyGirl's link a page up, the judge indicated that he would also set the trial date at Friday's hearing.
I really hope the trial is scheduled to begin sometime before June -- it shouldn't take more than a year and a half to bring a case like this to trial.

DEAR JEHOVAH LORD OF LORDS OUR FATHER WHO AURT IN HEAVEN IN JESUS NAME WE COME TO YOU, It saddens and angers devastates me that all those Satan spawns took my son Johnny Clarke and his gf rights to have babies of their own, get married, graduate college, grow old together yes not only did they take that away they took all their hopes dreams future and also from all of us. As his mother my is broken beyond repair and knowing that so far only one conviction on one monster and still so many others involved still robbing stores, pharmacies, homes , selling heroin , doing drugs , selling their bodies, procreating more human LIFES that they don't even take care of their other kids? And also taking other LIFES doing drive by shootings? Holding innocent up at gun point? Whyyyyyyyyyy are they still free to roam the streets and hurt others? I wouldn't wish the pain we go through on anyone. This is truly worst pain ever, I myself cnt even begin to describe this dark void this is pure hell being forced to outlive my child. I don't forgive them or forget what they did. But I would never hurt them. I put it all in God's hand I've had so many meltdowns I told him please take the wheel I cnt do this anymore it's killing me day and night. wow, some of what maytee wrote actually made her sound like she has empathy! When she said she wouldn't wish the pain she feels on anybody. That line like completely surprised me, because I am so used to reading the same old ranting of her wishing pain on many people.
Also I have not been on here in a while. Why is maytee dressed up like a witch or fortune teller? It is creepy.

Maytee should read that Housewives book so she knows what to expect, although she's been down this road before and knows they will make her strip naked and squat and cough.
Has anyone heard something about the trial being pushed back because Maytee is claiming she needs surgery? If that's true, she is proving true to form.
Maybe she could get some teeth while she's at it.

The Lucas County Court docs indicate that there is a status pre-trial hearing scheduled for Monday, 4 /11 and the judge has ordered all defendants and their attorneys be present (except Big John's attorney Wingate - he's permitted to attend by phone).
Judge Zmuda currently has the court reserved for trial from May 16th through June 1st.
Hopefully it's brain surgery!!
Yesterday, all three stooges were in the court room. It doesn't appear that Maytee's need for brain surgery was addressed.
If I'm interpreting the court notes correctly, Big John's lawyer is still trying to sever the cases (= he doesn't want his client tried together with the other defendants) and Ramirez's lawyer is challenging the admissiblity of testimony by one of the case detectives.
The trial start date was pushed back one week, from 5/ 16 to 5/ 23.
